This cottage is beautifully designed and impossibly cozy! We felt relaxed and at home the moment we walked in. The spacious yard was perfect for our dogs, and the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive. With great restaurants and plenty to do all around, it was the perfect spot for our family get-together. We hope to be back!

Our 2nd stay, as good as first. Description and pictures very accurate. Great central location for our family to get together. Kitchen has everything we need for preparing meals and dining room that sat everybody. Winery across street a must visit. Many more wineries within a 20 minute drive. The golfers in family even got in some golf. After dinner family board/card games and catching up, house is well suited for that. Plenty of games puzzles at house. Nice back deck with what appeared to be new gas grill. Would stay again and recommend.

We love this house! We travelled to Upperville for the Upperville Horse and Colt Show and the house could not have been more perfect. Location was great - 5-10 min to the horse show and also close to downtown Middleburg. Will definitely stay again!

Connie's Rock Cottage was amazing! much thought was put into this cottage. Firewood and fire starter for the wood stove on chilly nights, robes we used for getting to and from the private hot tub just steps outside the back door,map of entire 550 acres of land including the wonderful paved walkway which meanders through the property. This was the mosr exceptionally prepared kitchen we have seen in out travels. Tons of utensils, a full set of potsand pans, dish towels, trivets, cutting boards and cooking sheets! We love to cook together when we travel and this kitchen was big enough for 2! We got some amazing pictures all over the farm. The lack of light pollution allowed us to enjoy the stars and Pink Full Moon in all their glory! We will be back to enjoy this cottage again!

I was looking for a quiet place with a beautiful view to get away and have a kind of retreat. Alan's place was just the ticket. Got in some hikes and some quiet sitting. Grilling for dinner and watching the sky out over the valley was a real treat.

Scott’s place is spacious, clean, and well equipped with things that you need and more. scott is responsive and I would definitely recommend this airbnb.

The house is exactly how described and looked like all the pics. Great space. Very welcoming. The front deck and the lower deck was awesome. Great place to relax and watch the sunset. Would recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described — even better in person. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and the home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lindy was a wonderful host and her place was just perfect for us. We booked it to be close to where our son was getting married and it was just great. She left us farm fresh eggs and some breakfast goodies which was much appreciated!! The bed was very comfortable and the property was very calm, peaceful and quiet. Everything was spotless too. Really recommend!

My family was looking for a local weekend getaway, and this house was absolutely perfect! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. Krystal was incredibly responsive and accommodating. We had to do an early check-in due to work call and Krystal made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was a huge hit with everyone. It was super clean and well-maintained, and we spent most of our weekend swimming, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful outdoor space. The house itself was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels, which made our stay even more comfortable. It was the perfect place to unwind and spend quality time as a family. We had such a great time and made memories we’ll always cherish. Highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun escape. We would absolutely stay here again!

The Herb Cottage is beautifully situated on the Hidden Creek Farm. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the animals move through the fields. I reserved the cabin because it was conveniently located near a dinner we were attending, abut we will return for the peaceful beauty of the farm. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed and woke to the sound of birds softly singing. If it rains while you are there, do not miss the opportunity to rock in the porch chairs and relax to the tune of raindrops drops on the metal roof.

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

She was a great host. Went to welcome us & made sure we had everything we needed. She was so sweet! The farm house was beautiful & the views were espectacular. We will be definitely coming back.

We stayed here for a girls trip and loved the location! It would be perfect for families and kids as well with the pool/spa/tennis/basketball court. Check in was easy and our host was great with communication. Check out was also super easy. We did notice a few bugs inside when we checked in but they were mostly dead so we assumed the place had been recently fumigated. Also, bugs weren’t surprising considering the location. We had a great trip and I’d definitely recommend this place!

This place was absolutely beautiful. The cabin was perfect for our stay. We brought our 2 dogs and the cabin and surrounding area provided much ample space for our 2 labradoodles. We went to the national park which was about a 25 minute drive. The cabin was comfortable and had absolutely everything we needed. The cabin is on a property with another house so if you want absolute seclusion that is something to think about. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in the area!

The place was very lovely and modern inside. Our only concern was the very steep, slim steps going down to the basement. People in their 70’s really need to be mindful of that. But the place was very nice!!!

Our stay at Dave’s airbnb was short and sweet but we enjoyed every minute of it. We had a family wedding right down the road, which was very convenient for us. Dave was flexible with our check in so that we didn’t have to get ready for the wedding in our car after the long drive. Everything was clean and lovely, and we were greatly surprised by some delicious banana bread in the kitchen. A short but sweet trip and grateful for our stay!

The Airbnb was truly the best! The views were breathtaking, and it was peaceful for the most part! I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the area! You’ll be pleased ✨

Convenient location to downtown Middleburg and a very comfortable place to stay. We were in town for a wedding at The Goodstone Inn and enjoyed the close proximity to the venue and to town. Tim's went above and beyond with a special welcome amenity as well as providing us with an iron upon request. Tim was very responsive and helpful during our stay and we would not hesitate to stay again when visiting the area. Thank you Tim for a wonderful weekend.

Jackie’s place was just like a little piece of heaven and tranquility with all the little perks! From comfortable and clean blankets, to a fire ring and swing, and cute phrased signs and such throughout the cabin. We only stayed 1 night but could see spending a long weekend and exploring the local wineries and another visit to Shenandoah Park (the reason we picked her place)! This little A-frame opens up to an updated space with a rustic feel… a must visit! The Grape Escape is off the beaten path and if you need a relaxing recharge this is the place to stay!!

Even nicer than pictures conveyed! Really comfortable and cute decorative “farm style” details. Super clean and upgraded kitchen, and bathroom was lovely too. Jimmie was very helpful. Felt very safe. I did enjoy walking my dog in the lovely yard with leash bc there is a busy road, but plenty of yard to enjoy and a patio. Loved that there was separate entrance for the air bnb and the air bnb guest suite was all on one floor … and my dog was welcome. I will be back to visit friends in the area. Exceeded my expectations. Really lovely.

This place is pure bliss. I rented it for a girls weekend and we loved everything about this beautiful and unique space. We spent the evening enjoying the clear night sky at the fire pit, brunch in Middleburg and dinner in Marshall. Beautiful linens, bathrooms and comfortable beds. This place is SPECIAL. Thank you- we’ll be back.
