Elisabeth's apartment is exactly as described. It is modernly decorated and you feel at home. The view of the harbor is wonderful. Parking was also not an issue. Elisabeth was available at all times and responded quickly to messages. However, the house is extremely poorly soundproofed, so that in addition to the normal noises from above, which also do not disturb any further, the subwoofer is also extremely clearly audible. We would choose the place again at any time.

We immediately felt comfortable. Everything was sparkling clean and as described. Manja and her husband are very nice hosts. Especially great was the friendly communication and the boat trip with Jan. These 2 nights were a nice addition to our trip. We definitely recommend this place and will be happy to come back, maybe soon. Thank you!

It was a fantastic stay in Lyngdal with Lars Christian! The place was sparkling clean and when I had problems late at night, he came down and helped me and then it was solved. 😃 The communication was first class and I recommend everyone who stays in Lyngdal to stay with Lars Christian and Hannah Lena 😄

A great place to not only get to know southern Norway, but to live. The apartment offers everything you need, is very clean and is quietly located on a headland. It is also barrier-free, which was one of the reasons I chose this specific apartment. You step out of the apartment, sit down on a white garden chair and look at the fjord. It's so quiet that I could hear a car door slamming on the other side of the shore. My daughter and her friend found their place down at the fjord. They were allowed to take chairs from our place and had a wonderful place for their conversations. The town of Mandal with its shops is not far, but it is recommended to have your own car or a bicycle (bikes and e-bikes can be rented in Mandal at Sport 1). Mandal is a small place that has one or two picturesque streets. But there are also supermarkets, restaurants and snacks there.

Great place to stay! Guests had everything they might need for their stay and only had positive things to say about the space. Recommended to others who will be visiting and we would like to come back in the future.

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting our son in Lyngdal. Our only problem was that it was at the top of a very steep hill! As we had no transport, our son ended up driving us back and forward most of the time. We had thought it would be easy walking g distance but had not factored in a hill. Worth mentioning g in the description.

Monica was a great host. Check-in was easy. The home was clean and lovely with large, sunny and private terrace. There was a well-stocked kitchen and a good bathroom with a washing machine. There were printed welcome information with, among other things, recommendations for walks and restaurant visits. We were traveling with our 10 month old son and had a lovely trip. Monica regularly checked in with us and made sure everything was fine. We chose to extend our stay at the last minute, and Monica was flexible and had it coordinated so it could be done. All in all, a lovely experience, and Monica has our warmest recommendations.

A fantastic nice apartment, clean and tidy. Electric car charger on site where you pay via app worked fine. The apartment is connected to the hotel which has a restaurant and bar. Thank you for us, we would love to come back.

A pleasant and peaceful place with everything you need for a successful weekend getaway. We were five friends who went to Kristiansand to celebrate our friend's wedding, and the apartment met our expectations. It was clean, tidy and well equipped. The only thing we missed was a little more toilet paper, as there was only one roll available. Beyond that, our stay was very good and we were very happy with both the location and amenities.

We had a wonderful stay – everything was perfect! The place was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. We felt very welcome and were able to truly relax. ☺️

We were very satisfied and would book the accommodation again. Unfortunately, we did not have much time to chat with the landlord, who has a very interesting story. A few small things could be added to the apartment, such as a pasta strainer, but that's moaning at a high level.

We felt our last 2 nights of our 2.5 week vacation completely at home, everything was super clean and enjoyed the jacuzzi, Quickly responsive host and a beautiful environment. For young and old enough to entertain in and around house. Top!

We loved the second Stay at Kjells and Sheilas Home! We came back for a reason. So quiet and peaceful. Lots of hospitality and Great Stories. Kjell Took is out on a Adventure with his son, and on a boat. Great Times. We will be back !
