NB små/mellomstore hunder er lov på forespørsel. Vi tar da 200 pr natt pr hund som betales på stedet. Så lurer dere på noe om det, ta kontakt så finner vi ut av det og blir enige hvis mulig. Huset er også i fast avtale med et tyske bookings byrå, det er derfor dere må ta kontakt for å sjekke om huset er ledig og ikke kan booke direkte. Mvh

The area can offer you widely stretched beaches, sea, rental boats for fishing, hiking trips on mountains, city life, and most of all you get to experience the beautiful nature of Norway. No WiFi available, but great 4G. Please leave the house the way you found it, and show respect to this 100-year old house.

Superkoselig småbruk med havutsikt

Nyt et minneverdig opphold på dette unike stedet, med utsikt rett til Lista fyr mot sør. Huset er fra 1720 og har blitt oppusset siste gang på 80 tallet. Det gamle koselige uttrykket har blitt bevart. Eiendommen disponener en felles brygge ved sjøen- bare 5 minutter gange fra huset. Her er det en liten badestrand samt badestige man kan benytte seg av. Jeg kan videreformidle leie av fritidsbåt om ønskelig. En kan legge båten i Urstadstrand som hører til eiendommen. Bare ta kontakt om dette.

Med madrasser på gulvet i hemsen er det plass til 10 personer totalt i naustet. Ny og sikker båt, Øien 620F kan leies for 800kr døgnet.
