Stayed here last weekend for a family birthday. We could not have chosen a more perfect location or property. The amenities were perfect for a leisurely get away, loads of space inside & out. Exactly as described in the advert or reviews. All communication made for an easy arrival/check in/out and a very generous welcome hamper We were extremely lucky with the weather and sat the first evening eating & drinking outside watching red kites, hawks and the finale being a barn owl feeding in the next door field. What a treat to watch. The hot tub and electric BBQ made for an easy and fun evening. We did not explore as much as we would have liked but it was the perfect location for our weekend at Goodwood just 15 mins away. I cannot recommend highly enough if anyone needs a large space to entertain or just enjoy. I will definitely return to explore the wonderful attractions and scenery on another occasion. I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

We booked Pete's place for 8 days and enjoyed our stay there. Set amid great countryside the place is just nice for 2. Probably my only complaint is that due to the trees around the property it can be a bit dark, but that said I would highly recommend it. Thanks Pete for always being helpful and at the same time leaving us alone.

Myself and 5 of my girlfriends spent the weekend at this cottage to celebrate a special occasion. The cottage is absolutely stunning. It is even better in person than in the photos (which is saying something!). It was clean and had all essential amenities, including shampoo / conditioner, towels. shower gel, tea bags, coffee, milk, the list goes on! It is tucked away and very quiet and peaceful which is just what we wanted. We were able to get into Brighton city centre easily using a local taxi service which is recommended by the hosts. We had everything we needed for a perfect weekend. Highly recommend! Thank you :)

We had a lovely stay in Johan’s AirBnB. The space was beautifully kept with stunning views. There weren’t a huge deal of amenities close by but we didn’t mind going for a walk (even in the rain!). Would absolutely come back to explore the local walking routes. Thanks Johan!

We had such a wonderful time. The flat has absolutely everything you need and plenty more. The art, the plants, the books and the decor make it a very special place. Situated close to the beautiful Terrace Gardens and Richmond Park and with cafes , pubs and convenience stores steps away you will not be disappointed. Easy walk down the hill to the station and everything Richmond has to offer. James was absolutely charming and super helpful. Highly recommend🤗

Sai’s place is great. It’s comfortable, cosy, with everything you need for a good stay. It’s nice and quiet there, but nevertheless it’s brilliantly located close to local shops, restaurants and buses that will easily get you to the tube, or to Watford. It’s no problem to get to central London or to the Warner Bros Harry Potter experience. Sai’s a great host. Responsive, helpful and honest. He was really quick to ensure he returned items that we mistakenly left in the property when we left. This is the third time we’ve stayed there and we’d do do again in a heartbeat.

Afsoon was a phenomenal host. Super warm, helpful, considerate with a heart of gold. Her food was incredible. I highly recommend the 3 course meal and her delicious chocolates! The house was immaculate and beautiful, perfect for my time in Windsor.

The Villa is a beautiful accommodation. Great location. Amazing setting with the horses nearby. The house is immaculate. The host, Michelle, goes above and beyond to accommodate.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.
