Cabin by mountains and water near Sjusjøen/Lillehammer

Cozy decor and well equipped with good beds, kitchen, bathroom and shower. To Sjusjøen cross-country skiing 8 km drive, to Hafjell/Hunderfossen Adventure Park 30 min, and Sjusjøen alpine for families only 10 min. Lillehammer city center 15 mins. Evening and Sunday open grocery store Mesnali 3 min. Bed linen and towels can be rented and must be pre-booked - price NOK 250/£20/€25 per set. Feel free to bring your own. We offer sleigh rides and ski instruction on cross-country skiing in the winter, please contact us if you are interested.

Idyllic little house by the fjord

A lovely little house by Randsfjorden with its own swimming area right outside the door. Short distance to a public swimming area. Hiking terrain right outside the door all year, prepared ski slopes a short car ride away in the winter. About an hour drive to Oslo, an hour and a half to Lillehammer. Hadeland Glassverk and Kistefoss a half hour away. Some traffic noise. You choose whether you do the laundry yourself. Otherwise, the final wash costs NOK 800.00, or if you have pets, NOK 1,000.00. Rental of bed linen NOK 100 per person.-

The result is Tyven — an 80 sqm boutique cabin with a large window overlooking Mjøsa — Norway's largest lake — from the kitchen. Featured in National Geographic Traveler. Private jacuzzi, two full bathrooms, and peace and privacy in Mjøsli's natural surroundings. Kitchen, bathroom and one bedroom on the first floor — living room and two bedrooms on the lower floor. Well thought out down to the last detail, 30 minutes from Gardermoen.
