6/5 stars! Very friendly, welcoming, and responsive host! A falklands native, full of recommendations and stories. Massive house and bedroom, with very comfortable bed. Everything is clean. Location is very close to a convenience store, and walking distance from downtown Stanley [as are all parts of Stanley]. Highly recommended! Would stay again!

Excellent accommodation. The house is beautiful, the heating is very good and the water comes out hot. The kitchen and bathroom are very well and complete. Alexis is an excellent host and a very good person. There were three of us and we were very comfortable. Super recommended, going to this house will improve their experience on the islands

We can't recommend Little Harbour self catering highly enough! It's a wonderful apartment, warm and spacious with everything you could possibly need for a perfect stay. Amazing to watch seals and dolphins playing in the harbour just a few metres from the windows. And everywhere in Stanley is within walking distance! Deby and Lee are brilliant hosts, so friendly and helpful, and their gift shop downstairs is full of lovely, locally made, things to bring home to remind you of your visit. We will definitely be going back!

We spent a wonderful week at Mick and Celia's place at Anchors Aweigh and can recommend it wholeheartedly. The accommodation is modern, sparkling clean, and very cozy—a great place to come back to after many a windy day outside. The kitchen was, in particular, well stocked, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like coffee, butter, cheese, chips, and diddle-dee jam. I personally also loved all the books about Falkland history and wildlife too. Celia and Mick are super gracious hosts; we greatly appreciated the evening sightseeing tours around Stanley and being able to leave the islands with clean laundry. As some tours/transportation require a local contact number, they have also been super helpful and responsive. Thank you so much again for a wonderful time!

Nuala came to pick me at the plane from the airstrip and was friendly and helpful. Sadly, they had a family issue come up so I, besides the ride, only got one real chat with her before she had to fly to Stanley to take care of things. However, this didn't cause any problem for me. Her husband still took excellent care of me. I was by the shore and fell, getting my clothes dirty. I gave them to him that night and he had them washed and folded by the next morning. He also did my laundry before I left. I had plenty for breakfast and her husband provided a delicious lunch, dropped off before work each day, and an amazing hot dinner each night. The scenery was gorgeous, but the food they provided was something to come inside for. I was informed, just before arriving, that I needed to be gluten-free. They were able to provide delicious gluten-free food on very short notice, but they are remote, so more notice is better. Discuss Falkland Island internet before arriving, if you need it.

Wonderful cottage in a serene location, with ocean front views. Extremely spacious all round, and has a well equipped kitchen. Ailie was a great host, very responsive and was attentive to all our needs during our stay.
