Holiday rentals with beach access in Falcon

Property was booked for a client and her s/worker. The feedback during their stay was that they loved the property. The roominess and proximity to beach. By all accounts they had a wonderful time despite some crazy windy weather. Will look at booking in future and recommend Thank you

The location of the apartment meant it was easy to walk to restaurants, bars, beach and all other amenities. The dolphins regularly coming up the canal in front of the apartment was spectacular, also the regular visits from the black swans, ducks, cormorants etc made our stay something special. We would have no hesitation in returning if we come back to Australia.

I was impressed by the studio's attention to detail and cleanliness. The host went above and beyond to ensure everything met our needs.

Another great stay at Liz's place. She is a great host, with a great space and always goes above and beyond. This is an awesome AB&B

Jennifer was very friendly, lots of cooking appliances to choice from if need be. I stayed here with my family and 2 children would definitely recommend.

We only stayed for one night but Jo left us so much snacks. We enjoyed playing all the board games in the house, and seeing galahs right outside the house. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Welcoming and accommodating. We were offered an early check-in but when we said we’d be arriving after dark they made sure the lights were on and the fire crankin so it was nice and cosy! There was everything we could need. It was private and peaceful. We’d definitely like to go back

Beautiful accommodation. Had everything you need. Loved the view and enjoyed sitting outside. Walked, cycled and ran daily.

Great place to stay for 7 days. Place was clean and have most of the essentials for living and cooking. Host was responsive and have not experienced any problems. Will return again.

The house is phenomenally well-appointed, so we immediately felt very at home, and realistically could’ve arrived empty-handed (there’s games for the kids, a cabana and kayak for the beach, wireless phone chargers on all the bedsides, and the kitchen is even stocked with everything you need to blend, bake, and barbecue). The beach is also only a short stroll away, which meant we could easily nip down several times a day without any fuss — even with a pram, toddler, and pooch in tow. For anyone travelling with small dogs, the garden is completely enclosed by solid walls, which is a big bonus, as there’s no way for them to escape (plus the rear deck gets warm sun all day too, which our little sausage basically napped on for 3 days straight!). It’s a bit cliche to say, but we’ll genuinely come back to stay again.

well equipped and pet friendly. Very clean house with plenty of room for large amount of people. The kitchen would have to be the best well equipped kitchen that we have ever used in any holiday home. The host went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely stay again.

Carol's lovely house is just a few minutes walk from the beach (even with young kiddos in the group) and is even nicer than the photos. The house is so well-equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. The kitchen is fantastic and had everything we needed, including a pod coffee machine, an air fryer, platters perfect for kids snacks and loads of baking equipment which was perfect for making Easter egg cookies! Bocce on the lawn was a firm favourite with the kids, and the bedrooms were all air-conditioned making them comfortable no matter the weather outside.

Amazing place to stay in Mandurah. Host was very nice and helpful. Definitely a 5 star.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.

Kids had the time of there life great adventures and made many memories. Kids are happy dads happy

excellent and beautiful location by the most beautiful beach. We saw dolphins from the Todd's cafe that was walkable distance from the apartment! Samantha was also most communicative and helpful in her messages. Thanks once again for having us!!

Kylie was very fast to respond and communications gave very little to ask about, as they were detailed and helpful. Lots of nice touches, clean (even tops of cupboards), comfortable and great location. Apartment had more items than the average travelling cook needs. Highly recommended.
