Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Fajardo

Carmen’s place was in a neighborhood that was central to where we were going in Fajardo and Luquillo. One thing we didn’t know before coming was that you can definitely hear the coqui all night.

Great value little place in great location. There was a problem with the water heating which Jessica resolved straight away. Excellent communication throughout our stay. The neighbourhood was quite noisy when we stayed but it was a bank hol weekend so might have something to do with it. Wifi was good, beds comfy, air con worked well. No problems finding the place and getting in. Thank you Jessica for sharing your house with us!

This was such a beautiful home, with a lot to do with your family. We enjoyed barbecuing by the pool, as well as the surrounding attractions- luquillo beach and el yunque among them! This place is in the center of some beautiful attractions. We also lost power twice during our stay, but the generator kicked right in & we were not affected. I was so happy about this, as I was traveling with my toddler, who would have been uncomfortable in the heat. José was also a very attentive host. We loved this place and would definitely come again! Definitely a great place to stay!

A relaxing experience, very clean, quiet place and the house contains everything you may need for your stay. I recommend it 100%. Hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. We were celebrating my son's birthday and Sandy decorated the room with balloons just as I requested. Exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Honestly one of my best stays in pr. Alexis responded quickly for anything we might have needed (which was only a hair dryer that he got to us within the hour). The place is exactly what it looks like and the area really gives a local feel which I love. lots of beach stuff available for use...there were plenty of recommendations that were givin for resturants and things. I loved coffee therapy breakfast spot its walking distance from the home. Big plus for me was the neighbor she is so welcoming and sweet always checking up on us I really appreciated that and shes one of the reasons I would stay again. Just to add as other reviews have said you will hear animals outside but its honestly apart of staying on the island especially in a local area it doesn't bother me much but nothing a sound machine cant fade out if other sounds bother you. Thank you again for making this such a great stay. I would definitely come back.

I can’t say enough about this property! It’s a little slice of paradise. Even though it’s in a neighborhood it’s extremely private. The porches and pool area make you feel like you are at your own resort. The location is close to anything you might want to do in the east side of the island and Kevin provides a manual with excellent recommendations for restaurants, beaches, activities etc. We took advantage of so many but also used the well equipped kitchen and grills to eat in. The beach gear and towels were appreciated as were the washer/dryer. We had a couple of questions during our stay and Kevin was extremely responsive. Our family of 6 travelers, ages 13-74, had an awesome week!

Al’s place was great in a great area close to local attractions. The pool made it nice to relax on days that you would like to relax. Plenty of restaurants with in walking distance of the house. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe walking through.

It felt a bit crowded for three people but overall it was a great place to stay.

Veronica and Scott were so welcoming and kind! They warmly showed us around and got us oriented, and even had piña coladas ready for us upon our arrival. The rental space was nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed, including a nice hot tub and patio area. The surrounding town is pretty sparse without many food options, and would be hard to get around without a car. Overall a nice stay and great hosts.

We loved staying here! The place was very clean, cute and relaxing! We loved the balcony, it was so peaceful. It’s in a good location, close to good restaurants and the beach. It’s perfect for first time visitors to Puerto Rico. The host was very friendly and responsive and they had great recommendations.

My partner and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The panoramic views of the ocean, and mountains were breathtaking, we never tired of watching the sunrise/sunset on the water or the clouds move across the mountain peaks. The property was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, providing much-needed relief from Fajardo's tropical heat and humidity. We slept soundly in the comfortable bed, waking up refreshed each morning. While we didn't use the kitchen during our stay, it appeared well-equipped for guests who prefer to prepare meals. The host provided clear instructions and was responsive to our needs. What made this stay truly special was the combination of the stunning waterfront location and the property's peaceful privacy. Being able to enjoy those magnificent views in complete comfort created the perfect romantic getaway. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Fajardo area.

A Perfect Family Getaway! Our stay at this villa was absolutely fantastic! It was incredibly comfortable for our family, making it feel like a home away from home. The views were simply amazing—breathtaking blue sea, lush green mountains, and refreshing rain showers added to the charm. We were especially surprised by the stunning starry nights; it was a beautiful sight to behold! I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation. This is a very nice apartment on the second floor no elevator very modern inside and clean. A/C works like a champ and they offer a lot of stuff to use like beach chairs ,umbrellas ,ice chests boogie boards a wagon to carry all your stuff .:. If you’re coming for the outdoor/beach el Yunque life this place is perfect(no WiFi ) it’s a short drive to the national forest and it’s worth at least two days of your trip a must see . Restaurants and a local market are right down the street and just across the Main Street in a Walgreens so many good food options in luquillo just check reviews online all are a very short drive from apartment was quiet and night time and was nice and dark in the room comfortable bed for sleep this place is perfect a couple ! I feel in love with Purto Rico as a whole while I was there !

Amy was an amazing host! She was very responsive when we had questions, and checked in to make sure all was smooth checking in. She had great local food recommendations and activities to do even on a rainy day! Her place was clean, and even more beautiful than described. We hope to stay again soon and we will absolutely book again with Amy. She made our much needed vacation paradise. My husband and I absolutely recommend!!

Its location is incredibly convenient for those looking to explore the nearby bioluminescent bay lagoon tour, as well as for travelers heading to the Ceiba dock for easy access to Culebra and Vieques. One delightful surprise was the abundance of stored toys, which my son absolutely loved—it added an extra layer of warmth and charm to our stay, making it feel even more welcoming and family-friendly.
