We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 52 miles to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed (please let us know if you need the air bed in advance) , also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet. Plenty of parking available. *This space requires the renter to go up/down a flight of stairs*

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces between bookings and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts, if you wish. Covered parking. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please do not come here for romantic rendezvouz. but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

This place is truly a gem! Even though it is adjacent to Stacey’s primary residence, we enjoyed a quiet and peaceful stay. I haven’t found a place yet in Cheney that I could sleep peacefully without interruption from the trains - UNTIL NOW! This is a very newly remodeled, super clean stay with kind and responsive hosts! We will be back!

The place is situated on a side road with a dead end limited traffic so it was nice and quiet with sleeping. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen was very nice for the space and they had tea and coffee there for you. Definitely recommend staying here!

Very easy and clear instructions. Place was peaceful and well appointed. You share common spaces with one other guest, but each has a privately appointed bedroom / bathroom so you'll only pass casually. The guests I chatted with briefly in the kitchen were kind and easy-going.

If you're looking for a peaceful, family-friendly cabin nestled in the woods, this home is a great find. It has several patios with excellent views of the morning sunrise and sunset, firepit, bunk beds, games, and little forts for kids to play in. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. We'd definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a solo stay in Spokane. Super convenient location -- in a quiet residential neighborhood and is a ~10 minute walk to the grocery store and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop for a quick ride downtown. Hosts were responsive and friendly (and their dog is perfect). Room is cozy and kitchen is well-equipped with any cooking utensils and spices/seasonings one might want. I really appreciated that the refrigerator and cupboards had designated storage areas for each guest room in the house. Kitty was very communicative and check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Overall, highly recommend and I would absolutely stay here again during my next trip to Spokane!
