Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was exactly as advertised. Clean and well equipped.

The apartment was perfect for a little local village. Mini Market 8:00 to 12:00 & 15:00 to 18:00. Luciano's Butcher & Cafe sell wine, cheese, Beef etc. Luciano's caters to your needs. Residential quiet. Car is prefered parking available. Bus C25 run every 2 hours. The Apt. stayed cool inside in June, fans available.

Everything was as we excpected, the apartment was very nice and spacious. The area around the pool was very beautiful and there was a cute short path down to the beach. There was also a good restaurant at the beach.

I had an incredible experience at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described – if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a dream house . The highlight, though, was the window view – absolutely stunning! Whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was breathtaking and made every moment even more special. The host was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. For the quality, comfort, and experience, this place is absolutely worth the money. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway.

We had the most incredible stay at Mattia and Daniela’s place—an absolute gem in Lake Como. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect: peaceful, quiet, and the kind of breathtaking views that truly stay with you. Mattia was beyond responsive and generous throughout our entire stay. He and Daniela went above and beyond in every way, making us feel genuinely welcome and taken care of. The home itself was spotless, beautifully inviting, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was exactly the peaceful escape we hoped for—if not better—and we’re already dreaming about coming back. Thank you again, Mattia and Daniela, for such an unforgettable experience. We loved being there! The apartment is bigger than expected from the pictures, super well equipped and very clean. The garden is simply amazing. We could have breakfast and dinner under the porch even while raining. It was possibly even more romantic and beautiful. If you keep the door to the garden open you can fall asleep to the sound of the lake. Well located between the mountains and Como, at walking distance from good restaurants and cocktail places. Public free parking around the corner, super easy to carry luggage inside. Nicoletta is really friendly and gave us simple and clear instructions for check in and check out, plus lots of useful tips about local places and made us laugh too! Thank you!

I don’t know where to begin on how incredible this stay was. The pictures don’t do it any justice- not only is the apartment and grounds immaculate, but the view from the balcony of the lake is stunning. My husband and I sat out there everything and couldn’t get over what we were looking at. From the start, Vicky was extremely helpful and her building manager, Kumara, was unbelievably kind and helpful to us. We got into Como early and they were able to get us (including my extremely jet lagged 16 month old) into the apartment early. The apartment is walking distance to an adorable town (including George clooneys villa!) that felt very authentic. Da Luciano is a must try! The locals couldn’t have been nicer. There was also a bus line right outside the apartment if you want to explore via public transit. Vicky even helped us book a last minute taxi to get to the train station in Como. Overall, we couldn’t recommend this airbnb more and were so sad to leave. Book it, you won’t regret it!

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

This was one of our favorite apartments yet. Magical!! Pros: the view was stunning. We are active and fit so we didn't mind the steep 10 minute walk up from town to the house. We took advantage of the outdoor table for dining and drinks. We took a half day off from taking the bus to other towns to sightsee, just to relax on the sun loungers in the private side yard. Cons: The listing indicated that cooking basics like olive oil and ground pepper would be there, but they were not. My daughter and I cook at least a few full meals at every Airbnb so this what frustrating for us, especially as we had already been to the grocery store and were starting to cook when we noticed:( Note: We did alert the host about the olive oil but he did not opt to provide us with any. Stefano was wonderful in every other way so this surprised us.

We had a lovely stay! Gloria was an excellent host and super helpful with anything we needed. Right from making reservations for us at the local restaurant to booking a last minute taxi thanks to the transport strike. We felt that we had a local guide with us throughout, helping with anything we needed. The place was extraordinary and the view was amazing. It was very very private. Getting to the spot is by foot - it’s down a little steep slope but once you get used to it - it’s perfect. We did not have enough days to explore around fully but the little village close by is very quaint and a nice little place to explore on your own. Her place also has a CD player with the best collection! Would fully recommend this place for anyone who wants to disconnect.

Absolutely perfect stay! Giulio’s apartment in Laglio was beyond amazing. The location is peaceful with a stunning view of Lake Como — exactly what we were hoping for. The place was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. Giulio was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay, always available if we needed anything. This apartment truly made our trip unforgettable. If you’re planning to visit Lake Como, don’t hesitate — this is the place to stay!

Stunning views from our balcony and such great hosts, always responsive and allowed us to drop our bags earlier so we could enjoy our short time in Como. The apartment is located on the 5th floor right on the lake so the balcony is the perfect place for a glass of wine or a coffee. We also had a delicious pizza in a local restaurant recommended by our hosts.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Upea asunto, jossa oli mukava viettää yhteistä aikaa. Keittiö ja terassialue soveltuvat hyvin yhteiseen oleskeluun. Ylimmältä tasanteelta hienot näkymät Milanon ylle, samoin paljusta Duomolle päin. Läheltä löytyy marketti ja metroasema pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto vaikutti isommalta kuin kuvissa. Todella rauhallinen rakennus. Kodinhengetär oli ystävällinen ja antoi vinkkejä Milanossa oleskeluun. Oli luksusta, että hän kävi päivittäin siivoamassa. Laukut sai tuoda ennakkoon tai jättää uloskirjautumisen jälkeen muutamaksi tunniksi asuntoon. Tulisin uudelleen. Suosittelen!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Rolig og flott sted, leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen. Vi var 6 voksne som hadde ei flott uke i leiligheten med flott utsikt. Vi leide sykler fra @Bike it! Bellagio, veldig god service her også. Fint å sykle å oppleve nye steder, ferge fra Bellagio gikk til begge sidene av innsjøen og var lett tilgjengelig 😊
