We have expanded the former granary under the roof of the old customs castle: 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 combined kitchen/living room, ideally suited for a cozy stay with a historic ambiance. The flower corner in the courtyard with table and benches is also at your disposal. The city, park and pier are within walking distance. Welcome at "Haus Hermann" – a place for wellness & adventure with modern facilities. Enjoy the nice view and find your getaway to wind down & relax in our officially certified 5-star holiday home. The house was built in 1964 by our grandparents and was substantially renovated in 2023. Its highlights are: sauna, jacuzzi, gym, gas barbecue, diverse media & gaming offers (Smart TVs, soundbar, Nintendo Switch, Netflix, 150 TV channels, foosball table, table tennis, Darts, board games)

House overlooking the Rhine

The house is surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city. The panorama over the Rhine Valley and the city up to the Deutsches Eck is unique. The house is flooded with light. In the living room there is a Steinway grand piano and a library. Have breakfast in the conservatory or on the terrace in front of the kitchen. One of the bedrooms is particularly large and has its own bathroom. In three of the bedrooms, the mattresses have been on the floor so far.

Modern furnished new apartment with balcony and elevator in the heart of Koblenz. Panoramic view of the Herz-Jesu-Kirche. At the beginning of the pedestrian zone and 2 minutes walk from the Löhrcenter. The old town, the castle and the Deutsches Eck are within walking distance. The apartment includes a large living room with sofa bed (sleeping area 1.20 x 1.90 m), a kitchen, bedroom with box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), balcony, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Attached houseboat

We rent a houseboat on the Lahn in Fachbach with 2 bunk beds, as well as a 2 sitting/sleeping combination. The boat is suitable for up to 4 people. The houseboat is not rented for driving at the moment! For urgent and short-term concerns, please call. Please NOTE that the check-in times must be observed, as they cannot be made flexible. The time is from 3 pm to 6 pm at the latest. After that, check-in is only possible by arrangement.

Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

The 68 sqm, cozy and well-kept apartment is located 3 km from Bad Ems and 10 km from Koblenz in the idyllic village of Nievern directly on the Lahn. With two bathrooms (each with a shower, sink and toilet) and a spacious living room with kitchen, it is great as accommodation for up to 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped.
