Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fabrezan

A lovely property in a beautiful, tranquil location. The house was clean and comfortable with air conditioning in every room - a real bonus in soaring temperatures. The outside space is a short walk away from the house with a shady pergola and a nice swimming pool. Helene was on hand if we needed anything but the house felt private. The area is beautiful with medieval villages and castles within a short drive. Excellent value for money too.

We came as a group of 7 for an EVJF and we had a wonderful stay in the house (sufficient and properly equipped spaces). The exterior is as pleasant as the interior. The house is impeccable and the services offered correspond to reality. Thank you again for this warm welcome! We recommend this property.

Really delighted with our stay at Fanny's Molino. First of all, she was very friendly and helpful, always answered my questions very quickly, she was flexible with the schedules, which is greatly appreciated. On the other hand, the house is just perfect. Impeccable, fully equipped, very comfortable, the spacious rooms, the ideal kitchen, the terrace with a dream view. Provided with a lot of generosity of toiletries, tablets for the dishwasher, for the coffee machine. Really a luxury! A lot to do in the tourist area and walks. Just by raising the rod a little, I think it would be nice to have fans in the rooms for very hot days so it is not necessary to sleep with the air conditioning to everything it gives. Also the entrance door has some truquillo to open the lock. These little details anyway are just ideas for improving an experience that is unbeatable Thank you Fanny! We will be back

We had a great stay in Tuchan. The accommodation is beautiful: very spacious, impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. Everything is designed for the comfort of the occupants. The bedding in the rooms is of good quality and allowed us to rest well. Small downside on the sofa bed, whose bedding is unfortunately very uncomfortable. The environment is particularly peaceful, ideal for relaxing. The garden is a real plus, very pleasant and perfectly suited for our dog who also enjoyed the place. Thank you so much for a great experience!

We had a beautiful week stay at Graham and Jeanette's home. The kitchen and common areas are well appointed and comfortable, and we loved the design of the house and outdoor /pool area. The views of Lagrasse are stunning. We could have spent another week enjoying the house and the fantastic village!

We had a nice stay at Jo's house. Our daughter had no shortage of toys and loved the slide in the garden! The walk to the lake is beautiful. The surroundings are super quiet. Jo has a lot of useful information available and responds quickly to messages!

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing and peaceful week here. The house was really clean and comfortable and we felt very much at home. The terrace in particular was a lovely space to read a book and enjoy our morning coffee. And those views! We definitely recommend a meal or two at La Petite Artois, the food is great and they are very friendly. The location is good for visiting several Cathar castles nearby and the countryside is breathtaking and at this time of year with wildflowers everywhere. Anna was very helpful and easy to contact. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area. It was a really lovely holiday.

Small house at the foot of the ramparts, just incredible! The decoration is very nice, perfect for 4. Clean accommodation and great jacuzzi 👌🏻 Alain and Karine were very welcoming with cold water and orange juice and very accommodating for an accommodating and late departure. Very good experience, I recommend the accommodation and the hosts!

We had a wonderful time staying at Karyne’s place. The location is great, with lots of restaurants and the town centre very close by, and the apartment itself is very quiet and private. Karyne was incredibly thoughtful with her instructions and very responsive with any question we had. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Narbonne.

It was short but very pleasant. After a long journey, we enjoyed the pool to cool off. The place is very quiet, the countryside. Very friendly hosts. Accommodation with air conditioning. Private terrace where we were able to have breakfast.

Still perfect. I really appreciated the air conditioning with this hot weather. The studio is very well insulated and you just need to turn on the air conditioning a bit before going to bed. Everything else is great... that's why I come back regularly. So, I can only advise.

This is a gorgeous apartment in the old town. It was a wonderful haven to escape to when it was crowded, and it was magical walking around the old town in the morning and evening when the crowds left. The place is exactly as depicted in the photos. The A/C was great. Fairly well furnished, but I wouldn't try to do a lot of cooking there. The bed was very comfortable. The patio is fabulous. We ate breakfast there every morning and enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. It overlooks the dining patio of La Demeure du Cassoulet, which is such a fabulous restaurant, we ate there twice. We had difficulty finding the place. The address said #7; however, there was no #7 to be seen anywhere. I called the host, and he told me how to find it. It is basically behind you if you are looking at #8. Fortunately, we left our big suitcases in the car and just brought up what we needed, as walking two floors up the steep, narrow spiral staircase can be tricky. I highly recommend it!

This is the second time I have stayed in Carole's apartment and like the first time the accommodation was impeccable. The apartment facing the sea and very pleasant and the most appreciable and direct access to the beach especially with a child! Carole is caring and responsive. We will definitely come back.

Apartment matches the listing and the description. Very nice bedding. Rather quiet neighborhood, a little out of the way. The beach is a few minutes' walk away. Parking is secure. Check-in instructions are clear and accurate. Pierre Marie is welcoming, available and responsive. Accommodation to recommend!

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We had a great stay in Carcassonne. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable. Sabine is very friendly and welcomed us warmly by giving us good advice for visiting the city.
