An excellent stay at Yoav's place, and a great host. Super nicely designed 2 bedroom with excellent sunlight especially in the afternoon. Great Aircon for the summer, and fans keep the apartment cool. Stocked with all essentials. There is a long term construction project directly outside the apartment, which does add noise, dust, and makes the balcony less enjoyable, but it's quiet at night. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

Fantastic apartment for one. The location just off of Sheinkin street is perfect. I've stayed in 5 other locations in Tel Aviv and this area is the best. Shay is very responsive. The furniture and decor are wonderful.

It's a good place to stay, 2 minutes from the nearest beach. A lot of places around to buy food, to hang out with friends. The host is friendly, responds quickly. I recommend it to everyone.

Limor was a wonderful host friendly and immediately responded to any concern or question I had about the property how to get in any qualms I had were easily answered. I came in for my daughter‘s wedding. She went out of her way to book a hair appointment for me gave me several options and prices of local hair salons even gave us great suggestions of places to eat and shop . She was really flexible when I needed to take an extra day and a late check out . I will be recommending her to my friends who are coming in August. The view is spectacular and great location and she was so quick to respond to any issues like ,my son lost the key And she got us a new one a few hours later ! I give a 10 ⭐️ will be back.

Iris is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, codes, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and the house as a whole was very clean and well maintained with all the facilities that one needs. The house is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and is close to all the local amenities. The backyard deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality. Iris makes an extra effort to help you with your stay. She genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being. I had a lot of inspiring, thought-provoking, intellectual and funny conversations with her. The more I got to know Iris, the more inspired I was! In addition to all this, the diversity of the people staying in the house is something very very special! I got to meet some delightful people from array of backgrounds and was lucky to make some wonderful friends. I highly recommend her place and look forward to staying there again!!

Great place! Te apartment is very clean and nice With homely atmosphere.. The apartment has everything you need for stay. 4 minutes by walk to the beach and for many restaurants and cafes. Heated pool is great I will come back for sure

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

We had an amazing time at Noa’s place at the Ritz. What can I say? It’s got all the luxury of the Ritz, with the pool, sauna, steam room access, the complete hotel vibe, amazing dining, proximity to the beach and surfing, and just an incredible suite. Top notch all around. My 2 year old had a blast and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noa also made sure we were properly taken care of and made sure to reach out throughout our stay despite the hotel providing everything we needed, which I appreciated.

Stunning apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florentine neighborhood with very many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the beautiful Mediterranean sea in front of the eyes, the view of the sea in every room is amazing!

The bedrooms were quiet, beds were comfortable. We are kosher and Shmulik provided what we needed for Sabbath. The location was perfect for catching bus to sights or train station. Excellent cafes nearby.

Thank you Eliran for your hospitality. I was delighted to spend these few days. The accommodation is clean, friendly, modern and close to everything. Close to the beach and the souk. The area is quiet, with the feeling of being in a small village but also surrounded by small bars. I have no problem recommending this accommodation, which I will certainly return to on a future trip.

The property provided an excellent response for the need, was clean, all the mentioned amenities appeared on the spot, the location is special close to the Tel Aviv port and the sea. For me was close to more areas of the city I needed to go to. Eden is responsive and solves problems or questions when there are any. I was happy with the place and the stay and think that an excellent deal is offered here. The entrance to the apartment can be improved a bit from the outside, but it didn't bother the experience.

Apartment well located in the heart of Tel Aviv and beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. The issue with the fridge was solved during my trip. Thanks Amir, will définitively return for a short trip !

Great location can easily get everywhere. Enjoy walking and exploring. Can easily get transportation. Modest place. Ideal for one person & useful for two.
