Waterfront holiday rentals in Exuma

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and was exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to beach and restaurants. It is small island so everything is close but you need to rent a car. The host was kind, responsive, and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a great experience!

Molto bene. Praticamente sulla spiaggia, lettini, asciugamani e completi snorkeling a disposizione. Casa ben arrredata, molto pulita, comodissima per due persone. Check in e check out comodissimi. Glenn sempre disponibile. La località perfetta, su un'ottima spiaggia e con un'ottimo ristorante a pochi metri. Tutto molto bene. Consigliatissimo.

We had a lovely stay at Bonefish La Vista. Jott the property manager was fantastic and made sure we had all the island information we needed as well as making sure we were okay during the stay. The beach location is incredible and the apartment ticked all our boxes. A fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again if/when we revisit Exuma!

Fina's home is clean and welcoming with lots of extra amenities! The top floor offers scenic tranquility with views of the beautiful bonefish flats and sandbars, perfect for kayakers and anglers. Clear instructions on where to go and what to do was very helpful. A must experience for those looking for a truly relaxing getaway.

We really enjoyed staying here, but bring extra towels. Lol The ocean is right there and waking up every morning with a cup of coffee and looking out at the pristine water was like a dream. The island is a welcoming, beautiful place with amazing local foods and gorgeous outlooks. The local people are friendly and helpful. Will defiantly go back again.

Great location. Right on the beach. More rustic than luxurious if that’s your vibe welcome to paradise. The community and people you will meet are far more beautiful than any 5 star resort. Levi is an outstanding host! The family is very welcoming and will do whatever it takes to make things convenient. If you are looking for local knowledge of the water ways good luck finding someone better! Thank you Captain!

The location was perfect! Very own beach area, with SUP and kayaks at our disposal. So peaceful and private, yet not too far from town. The property manager, Lott, was fantastic, and so helpful. We went on excursions most days; rented a boat and toured Elizabeth Harbour; went to every beach we could find...all exquisite and peaceful. Weather for us, couldn't have been any better. Took a day long tour to Staniel Cay which was super fun and filled with lots of cool activities. Touristy but a must see, sort of thing. Looking forward to going back to Exuma.

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! We had such a great time here, it was so relaxing and peaceful. I met the owners while I was on the beach and they are the kindest people. Check in was super easy, they had a very clean space, and the beach access was AMAZING!! We felt very cozy and at home here. AC was perfection! I highly recommend this place while staying in Staniel Cay.

Absolutely incredible home. Pictures don’t even do justice with how beautiful the beach is. Wake up and walked 2 steps down to the beach. Jana was an amazing host, we weren’t familiar with the area but she helped handle car rental, gave great restaurant recommendations as well as activities to do on the island during our stay. Amazing time – best beach vacation ever! The house had everything we needed and was spotless, located right in front of a stunning beach. The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Exuma is truly a paradise! We loved the breathtaking view from the balcony. The location was perfect—close to a supermarket and ideally situated in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore both sides. Highly recommend! We can’t wait to come back soon.

We stayed at Pauls Place for an eight nights stay. The place was just right. The location was perfect with a centralized location on the island(s). The house was right on the bay. The backyard had a bulkhead so you got a great view of the waer, but had stairs for water access for a nice dip in the water. We found some nice snorkling spots right at the house. The split floorplan of the house was ideal, providing space from the kids rooms. Rooms had comfy beds with awesome views of the water. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals after a day of playing hard. The house had a service road out front that made pulling in and out of the driveway much easier. When we come back to Euxuma, we will definitely try Pauls place again.

The house was really nice and as described, located in a more quiet area on Exuma. Direct beach access from the terrace. Check-In and communication was nice and easy. All facilities as described.

Our family really enjoyed our time at Seabreeze Villa. The house and location were absolutely beautiful. The kayaks and paddle boards were a great bonus to explore the flats on the beach access in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked which worked out great for us, we cooked most our meals at the house. The only thing I would point out would be that the backyard has a lot of overgrowth (more than in booking photos), blocking off some of the absolutely stunning views - but that detail is trivial. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and responsive.

the place is more beautiful than the photos so private so peaceful absolutely enjoyed my time there I can't recommend it enough the place is so clean and the views are amazing lots of space beautiful wrap around deck I will definitely go back

Absolute dream view! We never wanted to leave house, we would just sit on lounge chairs and stare, snorkeled, floated and enjoyed the serenity. Location is perfect as you are close to restaurants, grocery store,etc.

Si trova a Little Exuma in zona dove non c'è quasi nulla. Casa nellla tranquillità di Barraterre bellissima e appena ristrutturata tutto nuovo . Attrezzata di tutto quello che serve Si sviluppa su due piani co 2 camere(una matrimoniale e una con 2 Letti singoli)ciascuna con bagno Un bagnetto anche in comune Cucina piccola ma attrezzata di tutto x 4 Ci ha fornito anche boccioni di acqua e bibite in frigorifero. Piano terra speculare . Alnnesso un locale con lavatrice asciugatrice e tutti i detersivi All'esterno 4 lettini da sole per relax. Molto vento la sera ma non so se è il periodo Jenny(la moglie)è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa(ci ha aiutati anche con le escursioni)e una mattina ci ha cucinato la colazione tipica bahamense. Ci ritornerei di corsa! Terrazza con vista sulll'acqua

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s condo being on the second story we could have an amazing view of the sunrise over the water. The condo was way bigger than we thought. It would be with the full kitchen and living room. Kelly was so helpful with all of the directions And suggestions on what to do!

We really enjoyed staying at Lidia and Eric’s place. They were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us some local recommendations. Eric even offered to take us in his truck to pick up some groceries on our first day there. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and the house is very homey and comfortable. Fully equipped with floaties, life jackets, kayaks + more. The views, AMAZING! The entire beach is practically yours. We were sad that we didn’t see sea turtles. But that’s nobody’s fault. I would absolutely book through them again because the location, and that beach is just so peaceful and beautiful. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s walkable to a grocery store, pricy but good stuff. And a pizza place in the same shopping center which was very good! Also walkable, on the opposite side, is a liquor store and Rush Hour restaurant. The lady who runs that restaurant is super friendly and the food we got was very good (wings and rice and fish sandwich).

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!
