Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Exuma

Our stay with Bahama Bound in Palm Bay was everything we could hope for and then some. Our host Beau was not only easy but quick to communicate with he went above and beyond. He gave advise and suggestions on everything coffee shops, groceries, restaurants, our first day he even sent the tide schedule. The unit was just as described, it was clean, roomy, had everything we needed to cook etc. We really enjoyed having our coffee on the balcony while looking out over the bay, loved the view. The bed was super comfortable, wifi was also great we used all our streaming services. The location was actually better than we expected. We were five minutes from Smitty's Grocery also five minutes from the fish fry, ten minutes from the center of Georgetown. JollyHall and Hoopers Bay beaches were less then five minutes away. It was also perfectly located between far north parts of the island and the far south parts in Little Exuma. Overall we really enjoyed our stay 10 out of 10 recommend.

Sheila’s “Lower Deck Apartment” was a perfect jump off spot for our active family of four. Although not within practical walking distance from the beach or amenities, everything was a short drive away. Groceries, restaurants, beaches, boat rentals, etc. were nearby. You will need a rental car if you stay here, or get really good at arranging taxis. We couldn’t find snorkeling gear to rent, so we bought some where Sheila recommended and donated it to the house. The apartment is peaceful and pretty with just enough of the basics to cook most anything. The beds are plastic coated, which we figured is normal in the tropics. But it does make for noisy shifts in the night. All in all, we would like to return to Sheila’s place should Exuma be a future destination. The island is just wonderful with excellent splashing and snorkeling, and the many locals we interacted with were warm. The general easygoing vibe there affected the whole family.

We really enjoyed our stay! It had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Loved the little beach across from Airbnb and nearby restaurants.

I enjoyed my time at Marisa's Air bnb . It was the same as the photos and she was very helpful with answering my questions and assisting me. I will book again.

Had an awesome time. It was a home away from home. Check in was slow and the place is easy to find. This was our 2-3 time staying in Shenifer&Shorn units . Always responding to questions when asked. Will most likely book again

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

My stay at Ida's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was fantastic, close to all the local attractions and amenities. The house itself was clean, cozy, and well-decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. Ida was an exceptional host, always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, providing thoughtful touches like local tips and recommendations. In addition, the tour hosted by her son, Terren, was marvelous. Very informative & fun! I highly recommend staying at Ida's place if you're looking for a delightful and hassle-free experience. I will definitely be returning! God bless.

This house is amazing! The view from the backside of the house out to the beach is truly breathtaking! We had the entire beach to ourselves! The only complaint we had was the ac in the main part of the house didn’t work but was still tolerable! This house exceeded our expectations! Sheila was amazing and helped us out with all kinds of stuff that she didn’t have to help with!

We stayed at Pauls Place for an eight nights stay. The place was just right. The location was perfect with a centralized location on the island(s). The house was right on the bay. The backyard had a bulkhead so you got a great view of the waer, but had stairs for water access for a nice dip in the water. We found some nice snorkling spots right at the house. The split floorplan of the house was ideal, providing space from the kids rooms. Rooms had comfy beds with awesome views of the water. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals after a day of playing hard. The house had a service road out front that made pulling in and out of the driveway much easier. When we come back to Euxuma, we will definitely try Pauls place again.

Another fabulous stay at Shangri La. Beyond gorgeous beach!! Cat Island is where I go for great DIY bonefishing and to enjoy the welcoming and low key pace of the island.

the place is more beautiful than the photos so private so peaceful absolutely enjoyed my time there I can't recommend it enough the place is so clean and the views are amazing lots of space beautiful wrap around deck I will definitely go back

We stayed at Katie's place for 8 days. Katie was a very responsive host, who was available to contact should we have needed anything. Check in was a breeze, and once we arrived, we felt very at home. The house was exactly as described and in a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area. We could see the ocean from the deck, and having our morning coffee there was just perfect! The bed was very comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. We were in walking distance of Tropic of Cancer beach, which was just great for a late afternoon walk. There are two great restaurants, Santana's & Tropic Breeze a short drive from the house. We loved being at the far end of the island, and although it's farther from groceries, we didn't find this an issue. It's a great trade-off for a quieter area. There are also a couple great smaller stores close by if we needed beer or water, or other small items. We had an amazing trip and were very happy with our stay!

We had an amazing stay at the Moon House. It was stocked with everything we needed. It had mini split units in each room that kept us cool. The beach chairs were a huge plus while visiting the many different beaches. The communication with the host was flawless with fast responses to our questions.

Very cozy, peaceful home, it has everything you could need! You have all the privacy and wonderful view to the ocean.. We enjoyed being here, perfect getaway, we really recommend.

Sandy Beach Cottages had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! It allowed us to spend longer time on the beautiful beaches! Plenty of beach towels and bed linens. House was equipped with everything we needed. Host was quite friendly and very responsive. Only downside was being on the bottom floor. People above us had heavy footsteps. Pictures are a little deceiving in that there are other buildings nearby. However, they didn’t seemed occupied, so parking and beach in front were vacant! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

It is located in Little Exuma in the area where there is almost nothing. House in the tranquility of Barraterre beautiful and has just been renovated all new . Equipped with everything you need It is built on two floors with 2 bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) each with bathroom A shared bathroom Small but fully equipped kitchen x 4 She also provided us with water and drinks in the fridge. Mirrored Ground Floor. There's a place with a washer dryer and all detergents Outside 4 sun loungers for relaxation. Very windy at night but I don't know if it's the time Jenny(the wife)was always available for anything(she also helped us with excursions)and one morning she cooked us the typical Bahamian breakfast. I'd be back in a hurry! Terrace with a view of thewater

The apartment was everything we could've wished for. We had an amazing time. The location was great, 2 min drive to our favorite now Fish Fry, 5 min drive to downtown. There is a beach within 4 min walk. My husband walked from Hideaways. The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a life saver for us. Tamara and Dallas were very responsive to our inquiries. I had accidentally booked the morning arriving flight instead of afternoon, they had the apartment ready for us to check in early in the morning, and accommodated us with late check-out to match our flight schedule. I hope we could stay here again if we plan another trip.

We really enjoyed staying at Lidia and Eric’s place. They were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us some local recommendations. Eric even offered to take us in his truck to pick up some groceries on our first day there. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and the house is very homey and comfortable. Fully equipped with floaties, life jackets, kayaks + more. The views, AMAZING! The entire beach is practically yours. We were sad that we didn’t see sea turtles. But that’s nobody’s fault. I would absolutely book through them again because the location, and that beach is just so peaceful and beautiful. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s walkable to a grocery store, pricy but good stuff. And a pizza place in the same shopping center which was very good! Also walkable, on the opposite side, is a liquor store and Rush Hour restaurant. The lady who runs that restaurant is super friendly and the food we got was very good (wings and rice and fish sandwich).

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly’s condo being on the second story we could have an amazing view of the sunrise over the water. The condo was way bigger than we thought. It would be with the full kitchen and living room. Kelly was so helpful with all of the directions And suggestions on what to do!

Overall great stay. We stayed in Villa #3 and it was prettier than it looked in the pictures. You can see the beach from living room and has a nice seating area just in front of the door. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Margaret was a great host and addressed few small issues immediately. The ocean was windy with lots of waves during our stay so we couldn't enjoy the beach in front of the villa much but that was our luck. It is very close to the airport but in this island you will almost definitely need a rental car. Also not related to our stay here, but we flew with Bahamas Air and they brought our luggage only the next day and we were told that they do this all the time. Keep this in mind and be prepared if you fly to Exuma with them.

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!
