Holiday rentals with beach access in Exuma

I enjoyed my time at Marisa's Air bnb . It was the same as the photos and she was very helpful with answering my questions and assisting me. I will book again.

Great location and place to stay while visiting Exuma, Very clean and lots of space for the two of us or more. Convenient area to walk to splash bar across the street or to Jolly hall and enjoy the beach. Beach towels/cooler/sunscreen was also available on hand to make the most of our beach days. Clinton was very responsive and accommodating for any needs or questions. I will definitely be booking with Clinton again when returning to Exuma.

Cephas and his neice were so accommodating and very responsive to my requests and needs. this a very small, clean cozy space to be in, It's a very central location which is only a 5 to 10 minute drive from the Airport. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

We had an amazing stay in Exuma! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Janerese was an incredible host — so kind and helpful. She even picked us up from the airport and brought us back when we left, which made everything so easy. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Exuma!

We just loved the house! It was so comfortable for all four of us, very clean and charmingly decorated, and quiet. We appreciated Meredith’s quick responses to our queries. Nicest of all. Meredith was kind enough to grant us some leeway on our checkout time so we could celebrate our daughter’s birthday. Her Exuma guide was very helpful as well. We would very happily return and highly recommend this house to anyone coming to Exuma!

The location was perfect! Very own beach area, with SUP and kayaks at our disposal. So peaceful and private, yet not too far from town. The property manager, Lott, was fantastic, and so helpful. We went on excursions most days; rented a boat and toured Elizabeth Harbour; went to every beach we could find...all exquisite and peaceful. Weather for us, couldn't have been any better. Took a day long tour to Staniel Cay which was super fun and filled with lots of cool activities. Touristy but a must see, sort of thing. Looking forward to going back to Exuma.

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying here. The beds were comfy- including the sleeper couch. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. My kids enjoyed having the kayaks & beach toys. We enjoyed the chairs & umbrella. This is an ideal location and the hosts are amazing! We took advantage of the grocery pre-stock service & they accommodated our request of a late check out. We will definitely be back!

BEAUTIFUL HOME!!! We had such a great time here, it was so relaxing and peaceful. I met the owners while I was on the beach and they are the kindest people. Check in was super easy, they had a very clean space, and the beach access was AMAZING!! We felt very cozy and at home here. AC was perfection! I highly recommend this place while staying in Staniel Cay.

This house is amazing! The view from the backside of the house out to the beach is truly breathtaking! We had the entire beach to ourselves! The only complaint we had was the ac in the main part of the house didn’t work but was still tolerable! This house exceeded our expectations! Sheila was amazing and helped us out with all kinds of stuff that she didn’t have to help with!

We had an amazing holiday, and this was mostly thanks to Alicia, the co-host of this apartment. From day one, she offered us to drive us to the most wonderful beaches and since she knows the island very well we couldn’t have a better experience. She has given us the best advices on where to go, what to do and who to refer to for excursions. The house was amazing, very big and in a very safe and quiet zone. It had everything someone could need, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, the bedrooms and living rooms with comfortable sofas and a big TV. We were impressed by Alicia’s kindness towards us, she treated us like close friends from day one and we were extremely pleased to had the opportunity to enjoy her company during our holiday. If you are visiting Exuma, you really want her to be your host, trust me! She will give you the best advices ever to visit every corner of this precious island, to appreciate every moment spent there. Grateful to have chosen Alicia and this apartment!

We stayed at Pauls Place for an eight nights stay. The place was just right. The location was perfect with a centralized location on the island(s). The house was right on the bay. The backyard had a bulkhead so you got a great view of the waer, but had stairs for water access for a nice dip in the water. We found some nice snorkling spots right at the house. The split floorplan of the house was ideal, providing space from the kids rooms. Rooms had comfy beds with awesome views of the water. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking meals after a day of playing hard. The house had a service road out front that made pulling in and out of the driveway much easier. When we come back to Euxuma, we will definitely try Pauls place again.

Great location. Close to the airport. Centrally located. Steps away from the beach. 3BR with plenty of space for our teenagers. We loved the house, the beach, and exploring Exuma.

Absolutely fantastic! Just what we were looking for. Situated perfectly on top of a hill, overlooking the ocean, the views were unbelievable. We stayed 8 nights with our two adult children and their partners. Stephen’s house was perfect, giving everyone private space yet with a large communal area; kitchen, living room, and patio for coming together for meals and card games. Although it’s described as “off the grid” we lacked for nothing. Hot tub, pool, full laundry, a/c, a well managed house. We were more aware of our environment footprint, yet we lacked for nothing nor did we go without. We lived just like we were at home. Even with the remote house location there were two perfect rustic beach shacks within 10 minute walks along the beach. We had great food and drink service at both. Finally the beach, over a mile of unspoiled paradise. Shallow clear waters, beautiful colors, insanely peaceful. Absolutely no crowds. At most we saw maybe 30 people on the busiest day.

The house was really nice and as described, located in a more quiet area on Exuma. Direct beach access from the terrace. Check-In and communication was nice and easy. All facilities as described.

A Home Away from Home in Paradise 💫🏝️ We recently stayed at the Jericho Beach House in Exuma, and it was an extraordinary family trip! The moment we arrived, Exuma and the Jericho house felt like home. A special thank you to Karin, who was incredibly helpful. She provided excellent suggestions on restaurants, boat rentals, and anything else we needed, responding almost instantly to our requests. We didn’t meet Karin, but we left feeling like we made a new friend. The cottage exceeded our expectations. The pictures don’t do it justice—it’s clean, with comfortable beds and nice linens. The kitchen is fully equipped with every gadget imaginable, making cooking a breeze. We enjoyed local fish and lobster from vendors nearby. The huge grill outside, made cooking and dinning el fresco so enjoyable. The beach, right outside the door, is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen. The location is perfect, being close to Georgetown and the airport. We highly recommend this gem, we will be back so

Si trova a Little Exuma in zona dove non c'è quasi nulla. Casa nellla tranquillità di Barraterre bellissima e appena ristrutturata tutto nuovo . Attrezzata di tutto quello che serve Si sviluppa su due piani co 2 camere(una matrimoniale e una con 2 Letti singoli)ciascuna con bagno Un bagnetto anche in comune Cucina piccola ma attrezzata di tutto x 4 Ci ha fornito anche boccioni di acqua e bibite in frigorifero. Piano terra speculare . Alnnesso un locale con lavatrice asciugatrice e tutti i detersivi All'esterno 4 lettini da sole per relax. Molto vento la sera ma non so se è il periodo Jenny(la moglie)è stata sempre disponibile per qualsiasi cosa(ci ha aiutati anche con le escursioni)e una mattina ci ha cucinato la colazione tipica bahamense. Marina was an absolute wonderful host. She was very responsive, helpful and friendly. I never felt like a burden when reaching out with questions. When we arrived she had even bought a bottle of Chardonnay for my husband and I as we were on our honeymoon. Very thoughtful. The unit was cute and perfect. It was in the back but that just made it that much more private. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment was everything we could've wished for. We had an amazing time. The location was great, 2 min drive to our favorite now Fish Fry, 5 min drive to downtown. There is a beach within 4 min walk. My husband walked from Hideaways. The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. The washer and dryer were a life saver for us. Tamara and Dallas were very responsive to our inquiries. I had accidentally booked the morning arriving flight instead of afternoon, they had the apartment ready for us to check in early in the morning, and accommodated us with late check-out to match our flight schedule. I hope we could stay here again if we plan another trip.

We loved every bit of our stay. The owner was responsive and very friendly. There is a bar/restaurant right in front of it- super convenient, and we met the owner of that restaurant who was also very friendly. It is a popular spot for the locals at night. The home was clean, no complaints. There is AC in both of the bedrooms, which is great, but not in the living room/kitchen. That was not a problem for us with the temperature during April, and able to feel the breeze through the screen at times. The beach is gorgeous and private. It was one of our favorite beaches that we had visited/experienced. We saw starfish, an eagle ray, and lots of fish right off the beach. We stayed at Hoopers Bay at another airbnb right after this stay, and we prefer this spot. Hoopers is nice and very convenient to shops, grocery, and restaurant options. But this spot is mixed in with the locals and the culture. We hope to be back again soon!

Terecita's place is well thought out. It is clean and comfortable with everything you need. The complimentary toiletries, drinks and snacks were very thoughtful. Thank you. I look forward to staying here again.

This is a great Airbnb! It’s a great size and was immaculate! Right on the beach…you can hear the ocean from the living room and the master bedroom, both have glass doors to the deck! Fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer was a huge help!! It’s right by the airport so very convenient. We booked literally the last minute and they had everything spotless and ready very quickly. The communication was great. Would definitely stay here again..highly recommend!!!

We loved the condo and pool!

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!
