Private patio with table and chairs for an al fresco breakfast or dinner and sole use of a small summerhouse with views of the Axe Valley.

Our 17th Century House is minutes from the M5.

You will breakfast in the original 1620 house but sleep in a stylish bedroom and have access to a private bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. 5 minutes from M5 junction 23, this village property has history, charm and excellent amenities. There is free, off road parking, a patio with seating and a large garden to relax in. Glastonbury 13 miles, Wells -18miles, Burnham-on-Sea - 8 miles. Ideal location for touring Somerset. Mole Cabin, Cleave Cabins

Charming rustic cabin nestled in trees. 15/20 minute walk to the pub and sea. Charlton Cleave is host to Mole Cabin along with Badger and Toad Hall. There is a separate shower/toilet room, shared with the other two cabins. Mains water and electricity, kettle, toaster, cafetière, heater and wifi in the cabin. Shared guest kitchen in house- see below. Beds can be arranged as twin or double. Just off the beautiful Southwest Coast Path, and a short drive to sandy surfing beaches. Time to retreat.

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space has a lot of character with exposed old oak beams and an oak wood floor, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a stylish double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft' with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also book a private sauna experience and/or a private log fired hot tub session .

Meadow Wood annex is on the outskirts of Combe Florey, a pretty conservation village at the foot of the Quantock Hills. It is a small self contained annex with parking and its own entrance, set in an idyllic position surrounded by fields and woodlands in glorious walking country. It comprises of a Kitchen/diner, bedroom (with room for a travel cot) and a bathroom. A thatched 15th century village pub, serving local ales and excellent food, is only 5 minutes walk alongside a babbling brook.

Paddock View - Single story barn conversion

Over looking open countryside, this is the perfect place to relax and enjoy a well deserved break . Open plan living space with wood burner, Smart TV and patio doors leading to garden. Kitchen area: With electric cooker, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher . Bedroom: With super kingsize bed and en-suite with roll top bath, shower attachment, walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Separate toilet. All on the ground floor. Initial logs for wood burner included.

Coachmans-farm;outdoor spa (extra);Somerset Levels

Coachmans is part of West House Cottage; at the back of the main house. The room is a bright airy room, accessed up a stairs with its own en-suite shower room. The house is on the edge of Chilton Polden with beautiful views of the Mendips and the Levels. There are two further Air BnBs - Footmans, opposite and The Old Dairy, beneath. Gym & outdoor spa (additional charges); beauty parlour, Alpaca Trekking animals - lots of places to visit. Not suitable for children.

Willow Haven

Cosy retreat in peaceful country setting only 20 minutes from seaside towns of Sidmouth, Exmouth, Budleigh Salterton and the cathedral city Exeter. Ideal base for a couple or family. Beautiful country, coastal and moorland walks, the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, RSPB nature reserve and cycle paths. You won't be stuck for choice and ideal base to explore the area or visit family friends, attend a local wedding or get to and from Exeter airport.
