Wonderful, welcoming, and very clean home with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time at Maria’s place! Will definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

Peyton was a great host. She responded promptly to all of our questions after check in. The location is quiet and private. The location is wonderful - close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to a nice park one day and watched the people and the ducks. We would stay here again.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay in Porterville for a birthday trip at Mary’s downtown apartment. We loved the high ceilings and overall cozy and elegant vibe of the place :). We enjoyed sitting outside on the porch during the evenings and enjoying the mountain and orchard views in the distance. Would definitely love to come back!

Victor’s property is a great location for the area. The living area is small but very well utilized. Very comfortable and great quality of amenities.

Nice clean and well decorated place. Has everything you will need during your stay. Definitely recommend 👌 Hour drive to Foothills Visitor center/Sequoia national park.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Srey’s contemporary mountain house. The privacy was great and we felt like we were in our own little national park. We enjoyed the wildlife around and to/from the house - wild turkeys, squirrels, grouse, and horses. We didn’t see any bears but maybe that’s a good thing! The river was a beautiful sight as well, not to mention the calming sound. It was way too fast for us to get in but we expected that this time of year. The house had everything we needed for our stay of six family members. We spent the days exploring Sequoia and Kings Canyon followed by dinner either at the house or in Three Rivers. There’s limited restaurants so plan ahead or just get some groceries and eat in. Srey’s instructions and house tips were great. We appreciated the tip to pick up groceries outside of town before we arrived to save on cost and selection. The proactive texts were great, really nice to have all the information up front before we arrived at the house.

My family and I had a great time. It was just like its pictures, spacious, clean, and homey. Susie was responsive as well. Thanks!

Stayed here as home base for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Park. Place was clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Large master en-suite was very nice. Neighborhood seemed safe and there were groceries nearby. Would definitely stay again!

Aaron is a professional Airbnb host, and it showed in how smooth everything was. We were two couples on a Memorial Day trip to Sequoia National Park. Check-in was smooth with a smart lock code sent automatically. The house is a classic suburban home in a nice neighborhood, with a well-stocked kitchen (eg ice cream scoop and baking sheets). There was some issue with a sprinkler spraying too much water, and Aaron responded immediately when we messaged at 11 pm. Would stay again.

This is a very nice house in a fairly new development. I had trouble figuring out how to use the key pad for entering but the host was very helpful in responding to my texts and helping me figure it out. Nice, relatively new, home. Very comfortable.

Mariela’s place was perfect for our families! The playroom was a hit with the kids and the neighborhood was peaceful! I didn’t want to leave!

The Exeter House is a great place for our family to stay. Very safe neighborhood and the house is roomy!

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

Joshua is a great host. He’s very responsive. The place was everything and more. Very private. You have your own entrance. Plenty of parking and in a very safe neighborhood!!! I would definitely stay again.

Nice place, spacious, clean, cute, comfy beds. We appreciated the snacks and extra little thoughtful amenities, I forgot my toothbrush so it was awesome there were some provided!

Loved this place a lot! Very cozy and charming home. Very clean. Great location. Very quiet and love the sound of the birds in the morning. Will definitely be back!
