Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Evrytania

Very clean and comfortable accommodation in a beautiful house with peace and a very beautiful environment!The Host was very friendly and made it easy for us at no extra cost to transfer the original reservation to another date due to the fact that we were traveling with motorcycles and it was raining on the days of the original reservation. The best place to stay in the Tzoumerka area and quite affordable. Highly recommended!

A wonderful stay. The meteors are sublime. The accommodation was splendid, well organized, clean. Our host and his mom were adorable. We were close to the meteors, a magnificent view from the terrace. We recommend this accommodation because it appealed to us.

Honestly the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The semi private cove was a big highlight, no one else used this our entire trip so felt like we had a private beach on the doorstep! The views were incredible from the garden, one day we planned to go to the beach however enjoyed the garden so much we decided to stay! Great distance to lassi where the restaurants and bars are. Paid €8 for a taxi into argostoli and took roughly 7minutes to drive. Very good location’

Really nice place, modern and clean. The house is a short walk to Karpenisi town centre with plenty of free on road parking. Would highly recommend without a doubt to anyone who is wishing to visit that beautiful town.

This place is a hidden palace on the hill, located quite well for most things you may want to do in Southern Kefalonia. And if you want to stay there and do things at the furthest point north, it’s a 1h25m drive. We loved the cleanliness and quiet. There is one neighbor next door which appears be a mirror villa to this one. There is a little bit of noise from the airport but I found it enjoyable watching a planes take off. There aren’t many, perhaps 1-2 per hour. Gjon & his team are very kind and accommodating. The outdoor space is quite large and the pool is as big as it looks in the photos. I would estimate it to be about 15 meters (45 feet). There is enough parking space for several cars. The amenities inside are modern, and the whole place looks recently built or renovated. Everything works perfectly and it’s a great place to have as a home on the island. This place is flawless and it was a top tier experience. Put in Pantheon Villa Svoronata into GPS for a smooth arrival.

We loved everything, the accommodation was warm. We were recommended two places to visit in the area not to be missed. Thank you for the recommendations. There were attentions for the lunch and the apartment was clean and smelled very good!

5 Stars – Wonderful Stay! We had an amazing experience staying at the cottage! The place was spotless, charming, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The location was perfect—close to the sea (you can hear the waves at night). I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, local recommendations, and a well-stocked kitchen. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! Best air b and b I have stayed at so far!

The apartment was great, very clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect, right next to all the cafes and restaurants. The view from the big terrace is spectacular, you can relax on the swing, marvelling at the big rocks. Our host was very friendly and helpful, we had no problem finding the place and checking in. Would definitely recommend it.

The place was clean and Dimitris was a very good host. Very friendly with good recommendations on restaurants and places to see. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the city square where you will find plenty of restaurants and bars. We felt safe walking at night to and from the apartment. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the hot water. There is hot water but it can run out fairly quickly. It was enough for 2 quick showers but that was about it. Not too much of an issue and we still enjoyed our stay very much.

Christina and her parents are kind and generous hosts, providing basic provisions and gifts of home-grown pomegranates and eggs from their own hens. The apartment was light, airy and well furnished, with good bed linen and plenty of towels, loo roll, shower gel, etc. Good light-excluding shutters and quiet, efficient air con. The gardens are pretty and well-maintained with seating in sun or shade, as preferred. Attractively lit in the evenings. The views of the sea and mountains are stunning from dual aspect balconies, which are in sunshine all day long. 10 minute walk to the sea and nearest tavernas. Narrow beaches are stony but accessible. 5 minute drive to pretty port of Sami with small supermarkets, shops and many bars and tavernas. Ferries to Ithaca and mainland. No sandy beaches locally. However, the sea is beautifully clear.

The apartment and the hosts were absolutely amazing. Very nice and kind people, gave me home made olive oil, chicken eggs, cucumber, changed my sheets proactively, shared some places and things to do. You won’t be disappointed with this apartment, but come by car - you will miss a lot of Lefkada if you are without a vehicle!

Perfect! This AirBnB had everything we needed for a wonderful 3 night stay. The location was very quiet and right across from the water and boardwalk. The building was well kept and the room was very nice. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows plus extras. Extra blankets. A nightstand and lamp on each side of the bed, which is a real bonus to me. The bathroom was large, with a spacious shower with a rain shower and handheld showerhead. While we didn’t use the kitchen, it was a full kitchen and well stocked. Lots of closet and drawer space. Washing machine. The hosts really thought a lot about their guests, comfort and as an example, they left two waters, two juice boxes, and a large plate of cold, sweet and delicious watermelon in the refrigerator for us and since it was a hot day, it was so appreciated. The AC worked very well to keep us cool. Hosts sent recommendations for restaurants and a few are walkable from the room. Close to a nice beach. Highly recommend!

Maria was such a kind host, immediately made us feel welcome. We had a little mishap when we arrived and she went out of her way to make us comfortable. Her dinner recommendation was the best experience we had in Greece. The apartment is adorable and the view is to die for!

We had a fantastic holiday, the apartment is just like the pictures. Katerina sent us video instructions for how to open the insect screens, hot water button, how the oven works, etc, and everything worked perfectly as described. There were welcome items such as water, butter and jams in the fridge and there were plenty of towels and extra bedding and pillows. The balcony is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and eat breakfast in the morning sunshine, and in the afternoon/evening there is welcome shade after a day of sightseeing. Argostoli is the perfect location with plenty of restaurants, shops and amenities very close by. We didn’t hire a car but we did use the local bus service frequently and it was very inexpensive and easy to get around. Many thanks for a lovely holiday

Our stay at the Salt house was wonderful! It is very easy to get to Meteora— you can view it from the backyard! You can also get easily into Kalambaka by walking, where we had some of our best meals in Greece! The room is certainly cozy for two people, but there is enough space, and the shower was amazing— big bright, with water pressure. We would recommend this stay.

it was a nice, cute, and clean place in a quiet area but there was big construction happening in the morning that started very early at the rooms right next door. it was very loud. should be temporary though.

The place was great, just like the description. A positive impression is the presence of bottled water, air conditioning, and the whole space in general. Balcony, rooftop for dinner... Everything was great and definitely if we go back to Patras I would like to stay there
