Apartment holiday rentals in Evosmos

Very clean apartment, organized and equipped with everything. Very nice and friendly host. Quiet and safe area, close to public transport to get to downtown Thessaloniki. As in the whole city, if you have a car it is not easy to find parking nearby. We had a very good time. Also recommended for long stays.

Apartment was wonderful. We even had a washing machine so we could have fresh clothes for our entire trip. Communication with Host was super fast and reliable. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the building itself (not the apartment) looked like an abandoned building (especially inside). When we arrived at night, it was a bit creepy. The apartment itself was very nice tho!

Great stay at Ioannis’s place — very clean and well kept. Perfect for a stop on the way to Athens. Quiet area with greenery, private parking on the owner’s property, and a coffee machine. We slept very well. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this apartment! It’s beautifully renovated with a modern design, very clean, and located in a quiet building which offered a peaceful contrast to the lively atmosphere of Thessaloniki. We especially loved the bathroom and its lighting, a real highlight. Also, Christos was incredibly kind and responded to all our questions very quickly. Highly recommended!

Amazing room with everything you need. The shower is warm and strong (which is not always the case in Thessaloniki). They have coffee, tea, and cookies and a kitchen working perfectly. Fan + airco and the street is not noice at night at all. Had a really great stay Thank you!!

Nice property, everything is new and nice layout. Place is not very big but it has everything needed. Host was responsive. Location is quite good, easy to walk to the city centre area.

The place was in a perfect location, close to buses and metro. Ruslana helped us when needed and the place was clean. The door was a bit hard to understand st first but we managed to figure it out quickly.

An absolute gem in the heart of Thessaloniki! The best thing about this apartment is without a doubt the location – you’re less than 10 minutes from anywhere you’d want to be. It’s tucked right next to a beautiful park and surrounded by shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Truly an ideal base for exploring the city. George was an amazing host – communication was flawless. He replied within minutes (often seconds!) and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He even let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our schedule, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself is spotlessly clean, has everything you could possibly need, and is perfectly sized for a couple. There were thoughtful touches too – chocolates, biscuits, coffee, and toiletries – which made us feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be checking to see if this place is available next time we’re in Thessaloniki. Highly recommend!

What a beautiful place, modern, clean and loved the black and white interior. Kitchen had all the necessary requirements. Huge TV. Enough hanging spaces. Nice huge fridge in the kitchen. Loved the separate shower from the toilet. Loved the big sliding doors that opened to great view of the port. Location is the best place close to bars and restaurants. We loved that the place was equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher. The host was always available and very friendly. So far the place to stay in Thessaloniki.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! Everything went perfectly from start to finish. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described. What really stood out was the incredibly central location—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Came over for a night. Apartment was clean and well prepared, towels, bed sheets, everything there and there were still good tips on what to do in Thessaloniki.

Lovely apartment in a very good part of Thessaloniki - plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and there's also easy access to bus stops close by for going any further out. Apartment looked just like the photos and the host gave very helpful instructions about how to use the amenities and get inside! Would recommend

You live centrally in Thessaloniki and have a great view. The furnishings speak for themselves, of course! All in all, a beautiful, large accommodation.

It’s the second time me and my husband are staying there and every time is better than the previous!!! The place is really worth the money, it’s clean, spacious with wine, snacks and coffee. The balcony is a bonus.
