This was our second stay at Jo and Terry’s property. Beautiful surrounding and cosy atmosphere. Very comfortable stay and hope to be back next year!

The Rosby Guesthouse and Studio were perfectly presented. Very comfortable, practical and stylish. Well designed accommodation and all home comforts available. Ensuites with every bedroom, an absolute bonus. Very safe, private and yet only 10 minutes drive to Mudgee. Fabulous cellar doors close by including Rosby Wines, a firm favourite of ours and the associated art gallery, sculpture garden and abundant birdlife and kangaroos. Just fantastic.

My wife and I had such a great time on the farm stay, Mudgee is a beautiful place, definitely underrated! We did have issues towards the end of our stay where we had a burst pipe for the water caused by something unknown. This issue drained both water tanks and therefore we had no water however our host was extremely responsive and helpful, they had options available for us to stay at another location or partially refund us, they organised a handy man to come out the following day and he helped us with fixing a flat tyre too! A very unfortunate day of events however the host made sure we were assisted and ready to hit the road again. Very enjoyable stay, very nice location overall a solid 9/10 we would definitely come back!

The Studio at Peter Van Gent's winery is really only suited to guests who want an idyllic location with clean amenities and serious comort. The views are beautiful from every window and the close proximity to lots of wineries and restaurants mean that while you might want to soak up the privacy and romance of the accommodation, the region's best offerings beckon across vast hectares of verdantly-fruited paddocks. This place is something special!

Nick's place is a veritable treasure trove of a life well lived, and we were glad to be able to spend the weekend in his space. The photos do not quite accurately capture all the quaint details of the studio, from the bookshelf of assorted DVDs to full on photo albums of this man's incredible physical achievements. The spaces around the property are carefully curated to display the full extent of his character. From a strategic point of view, Nick's Place is close to the Valley of the Dinosaurs walk (highly recommend) and if you bring a bicycle like I did right on a great route to Rylstone and back through the valley. Insulation is naturally quite drafty but the fireplace was a welcome addition - more importantly were the electric blankets in the beds which made sleeping a dream. We could not recommend this place more if you're road-tripping up from Sydney.

Our fourth stay at Castlelea and as always it never disappoints. Jill is a great host and always helpful. The pizza oven and Jill's dough is a highlight to everyone. The stay is a highlight to our year. We will be back again. Thanks Jill.

The perfect long weekend getaway with my three girl friends. It was very spacious, felt like home and the main bedroom had the most comfiest bed I’ve slept in! I do recommend this place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of Sydney

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay...I went with my wife daughter and 2 dogs.. property was so spacious and fully fenced for the dogs which they absolutely loved when it came to zoomies.Great outlook to the hills and amazing views.still very very close to mudgee township. we would definitely stay again. sue was a great host

Kirsty and Wayne were wonderful hosts, they were attentive and answered any questions we might have had. The location was beautiful and the buggy was handy to drive around the property. On the first night, we were really cold and there was no power to charge our phones as we had the USBC and not the USB cords. The next night, Wayne charged some power and used to generator to help heat us up and charge our phones which was really helpful. The second night was definitely better than the first, but their attention did make it a lot easier.

Our family had a brilliant time staying at this property. Everything about the cabin was perfect! The interior was beautiful and it was extremely clean. A great place to wind down and relax. We would definitely stay here again.

The location, amenities, and hosts were absolutely fantastic. Hillside is set in a beautiful and tranquil spot — the perfect place to unwind. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb where so much care and thought has gone into ensuring a completely stress-free stay… until now. From the freshly squeezed orange juice and bottle of milk in the fridge to the little chocolate bunnies at Easter, every detail was a thoughtful touch. It’s clear that Anna and Norbert have put a great deal of care into creating a space that truly caters to their guests — and they’ve absolutely nailed it in every aspect. Leo the dog was a hit with our kids — incredibly friendly and full of character! We’re already planning our next trip and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hillside to anyone looking for a peaceful escape, seamless comfort, and the warmest, kindest hosts you could hope to meet. Don't forget to try the wine, its very good!

A lovely large home for our family to enjoy the region from. So clean and comfortable. The roads in are great. Beautiful views and the big chair is wonderful.

What an amazing, beautiful place ! This your home away from home. Beautifully decorated, all essentials included, fire pit perfect as looking up all the multiple stars you don’t see in the city. Cows, horses, Chooks, kangaroos - such a very special, calming and perfect place to spend a few days. Our hosts, Nicole and Andrew, you made our stay extra special with your knowledge and suggestions about the area, the extra touches you provide and your warmth and friendliness !! We will be back !!

We stayed 2 nights with our baby and dog. We wanted somewhere private but close to town, quiet, peaceful and easy to get to. We got that and so much more. Claudine was responsive, kind and friendly with lots of local recommendations. The accomodation was so clean, beautifully styled and felt like home. The property was amazing. The kitchen has enough to make meals at home which with a baby made life easy and homely. Also the bed - sooo comfortable & clean & warm. We have a golden retriever who isn’t great off leash so to let him run and do zoomies in a safe space was amazing. He also loved making friends with the ponies. The little touches like the pet basket & wine & cheese was such a special little touch especially after travelling. We cannot wait to return. It’s a beautiful spot we will definitely come back to & recommend to our friends. We cannot recommend this spot enough, it’s a perfect spot if you’re visiting Mudgee. The kids and I loved our stay. So much room for the kids to run around and play as well as feed the cows and egg collecting. We can’t wait to return for another holiday. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

WOW! Highly recommend. My family of 4 stayed at Sally & Mark’s place for the Easter long weekend. We throughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for a quiet weekend away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The cottage was rustic and beautiful with comfortable beds and living areas with stunning sunrise views. Sally and family were absolutely amazing hosts, so friendly and welcoming. My 10 year son loved the farm life and adventures with the cattle. The dogs were also very friendly and a big hit with the kids. Easy drive into Dubbo for the zoo and exploring, and also the local pub was a good feed. We definitely will be back to stay!

We loved our stay - the cosiest place in the most beautiful setting. We had two beautiful sunsets, and a lovely day at the wineries. Otherwise we just wanted to be at the house - it was beautiful!

Loved our quaint and peaceful one day stay. The stay is 30 mins from mudgee but easy to find once you follow instructions shared by Louise. The cottage is perfect to cook some dinner, put on the fire and show down. There are many board games and books which kept us busy. The only thing which was a little problematic was that the washroom is not connected to rest of living area and bedrooms. And it’s a bit tricky to go out every-time in the chilly weather at the moment. Other than that we enjoyed our stay,

Ithaca cottage is beautiful and very well presented. We loved the location near to Frog Rock, a short distance down a dirt road where we spotted lots of kangaroos, with galahs and blue wrens and of course the sheep and alpacas just outside! It was very relaxing to sit both inside and outside and take in the view, and at night, the amazing stars. Two lovely bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen. We would definitely stay again

We had half an idea about how beautiful Warramba was from photos we’d seen, but were unprepared for how enchanting it was in person. The sum of all the little details made for such a magical stay. Butterflies on the ariostimon, swallows and butcher birds nesting, a loveliness of lady birds resting in the lavender, blue banded bees floating through the garden and squeals of delight from the little people enjoying the pool on hot days, fun on the swing while mum and dad bbq’d, space to run and their first campfire marshmallows. We spent the evenings watching the moon rise from the top of the hill, while the cows munched happily around us, before soaking in bubbly baths and snuggling up in soft comfy bedding. Such a restorative and special place. Thank you so much for having us.

Ahhhhhhhmazinnnnng!!! This place was really special. The location and setting was so beautiful. We loved it so much we stayed and extra day. So responsive to all of our needs and every need met. We will definitely come back and stay here. Thank you so very much xxx
