Apartment holiday rentals in Eumseong-gun

We checked in super late into Lulu’s apartment and she was kind enough to stay up to ensure check in went smoothly. It’s the perfect central location in Seoul with easy access to Seoul station, with Olive Young and CU downstairs and the Four Points Sheraton just next door. Great, comfortable spot for staying in Seoul, I appreciated the little touches like the coffee, water bottles and Aesop soaps.

I had a pleasant stay at Reumi's place! The place was clean, well organized, and had everything I needed. Reumi was also really good about communicating the check-in instructions. I had a few additional questions prior to checking in, and she clarified a question I had right away. This made me feel less anxious, and checking in was easy. Getting to and from Incheon International Airport is very easy with the airport bus (Bus #6300). Coming from the airport, the stop is across the street. Going to the airport, the stop is right in front of the Airbnb. Very convenient! There are a couple of subway stations fairly close (Line 3 is about a 5 minute walk, Line 8 is about a 8 minute walk), as well as a bus stop right outside. There were also plenty of restaurants, coffee places, convenience stores, and even an Olive Young (for Korean beauty products) within walkable distance. It was also nice because the area is pretty quiet at night (definitely more of a locals area). Thanks, Reumi!

First of all, the studio was decorated very sensibly, so my eyes were treated, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. It's a place I want to be next time. I've been deceived in the past, but this place doesn't have any inflated ratings. I highly recommend it.

Great stay! The place was clean and well-maintained, with everything we needed — plenty of towels, napkins, and other essentials. Soon was responsive and very helpful throughout. Connectivity was super convenient, with both the subway and bus stations just steps away. Would definitely recommend!

Great customer service. They responded within seconds to any questions we had. The photos are accurate. Seems like a new property. The air conditioning is fantastic. This is the first place where we stayed and the floor was heated. Many restaurants nearby. Several grocery stores by. Two 7-11’s within a 2 minute walk. This property is well worth the stay.

I think I'll be staying so comfortably for 2 nights and 3 days! It wasn't difficult because you explained the location of the accommodation in detail, and the inside of the house is so clean that you can't even see the dust! There wasn't even a water stain. I was able to heal comfortably in a clean accommodation. It was nice that the surroundings were so quiet. All the cooking utensils were provided, so I was able to cook and eat simply, and there was an ottoman, so it was nice to watch a movie. There was plenty of bottled water and ice. Shampoo, treatment, body wash, body lotion, etc. There was just everything, and it's hard to find a property with this value for the price, so I think I chose the property really well! Sometimes, it's frustrating when the host is slow to reply to messages, but I like that the replies are fast. It was nice to have a parking lot! Oh, right! The bed was so comfortable and the topper was laid out, so I liked it so much that I took a picture of it. ^^ It was that good. I can't sleep well without blackout curtains, but there were blackout curtains, so I slept well. I really recommend it!

Great place to stay Large space for four people I think it's a spacious location and it's very responsive to the host. Will stay again next time on this side:)

Hazel's place was beautiful! It was located in a quiet residential area with a beautiful view of the mountains. Inside was very clean and uniquely decorated. Even my toddler son loved the interior design of the space. Hazel was very responsive and was very accommodating. We only stayed for one night, but we wished we would have stayed longer.

Moon River was a great and responsive host. He went above and beyond: (1) Bus number from airport, (2) answering my concerns about entering the apartment, (3) helping with directions, and more. I asked for a refill for a certain item - and he brought the item requested and additional items the day of the request! Very quick response! The location is great due to the available eateries and coffee shops in the area. I am glad to have stayed here with Moon River and hope to stay again because he was such a kind host.

It is a little off Mangridan-gil, so it is quiet. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and it is close to Mangwon Market. It's close to Mangwon Hangang Park, so it's great for a walk. The accommodation is exactly as pictured, and the balcony and dining area are beautiful. It was a little far from the subway station, but the bus stop was close, so there was no great inconvenience in getting around. There is a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and there is no coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you must bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The big room is a little hot compared to the small room. Maybe that's why you only put a small fan in the big room. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could do simple laundry.

The appartement has a great location near Seoul Station. It's perfect to go anywhere in the city. Also the appartement itself was great. Everything you need was provided. We felt like home immediately.

Excellent place, very clean and just like the photos. Many places to visit nearby. All the appliances to save money if you want to cook and wash and dry right there

We always try to get this location when getting to Seoul and we’re very happy when we could reserve this one again. Juyeon is very helpful and responsive. The apartment is in a perfect spot to get around Seoul with public transport. One hidden gem is walking through the Forrest line which starts close by. Recommend very much. 🙏

Wonderful and clean apartment for three people! Very close to the Guro Digital Complex metro station with lots of restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores nearby too. Right opposite is a cycling path which connects to the wider cycling network of Seoul -- rent a bike with an app and you're good to go! Moonhyung was patient with our queries and was very clear in his instructions, which we appreciated a lot. His friendliness was appreciated too! A small detail in case you want to exercise -- a shared gym is listed in the amenities, but you have to pay to use it. Also, the TV is not a smart TV if you need that! Other than that, it was a comfortable and quiet stay :)

My stay was pleasant. The host was responsive, and the apartment was clean and convenient. Being close to the subway made exploring easy. The area had many places to eat and shop. I recommend it.

I stayed very comfortably for five days and five nights. I was so grateful for your quick response. I was able to stay comfortably like at home, and the massage chair was also cool.

Yuna is a most wonderful host. Her immaculate attention to details and her warm personality in making our stay the best it could possibly be just made us felt at home throughout our stay. She had been a constant and attentive source of help and reference for us even though it goes far beyond her call of duty as a host. We want to thank her especially for going out of her way to arrange for a pickup of an item we left behind at a farm for a day trip, and her speedy responses and recommendations when we sought her help for booking rides for a big family and family attractions. Our place of stay was beautiful, very well maintained, clean and stocked with all the amenities we could ask for. The location is extremely convenient, located right next to Coex and the Bongeunsa train station, with eateries and convenience stores available all around us. I booked the accommodation in a hurry on the day, but I'm so satisfied. I especially felt that the interior was taken care of, and the toiletries were neat and nice. The living room with mirrors and a pretty sofa is a photo zone.

The location is very good. There are restaurants, cafes, and amenities in the building, so it's easy to use, Lotte Mall and Galleria across the street, and you can also take a walk on the lake just a short walk away. It was very quiet without any outside noise at night, so I was able to relax comfortably.

It was a great trip. There are a lot of tableware, a large refrigerator, a bathtub, a bed, a TV, and a beam projector. It's just so perfect. I'm 100% willing to revisit. Thank you.

영순's place was cozy and lovely! The views were amazing, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend if you are looking to explore the nearby Jecheon attractions but want to escape from the hustle and hustle of the city.

The bathroom was clean and the bathroom amenities were all well stocked. I liked it because you responded quickly and there was plenty of parking space. I'll come again next time I come to Gwanggyo.
