Nice place, safe and quiet neighborhood, remodeled and clean, quite finished and equipped living utilities. Lots of lighting. We didn’t use much daytime as we mostly toured outside but the place is great for family or friends gathering.

We have a fantastic stay at Brock's and we'll definitely visit again. The house has all the basics covered including a great reading light in the living room, a record player, and very cozy beds. Note that the house is located on a street that gets some traffic, but the bedrooms are in the back so it was very quiet later in the evenings for restful sleep. The expansive and private backyard/garden has several seating options and received 5 stars from our dog!

We really enjoyed Deanna’s place - it was the perfect space for us. All of the basic kitchen amenities made cooking easy, the house was clean and cozy, and we enjoyed having the backyard to soak up the sun. Deanna was responsive and a kind host. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, with a nice park nearby. Thanks Deanna!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Eugene, the house was close to relatives we were visiting and easy to go back and forth. Grocery store was just a hop, skip, and jump away to get some supplies. Home was well kept up and very clean.

I had the opportunity to stay at Patricia's place on two separate nights a week apart and was delighted with the accommodations. There was more than enough space for 4 adults and a baby--with a lovely outdoor area for relaxing in. If I am ever in Eugene again, I will definitely look to stay here again!

Cozy spot, handy location for getting around while being a short walk from a lot of basics. Right on something of an artery, but quiet inside. Homey and with a really cozy, comfy living room.

The place was wonderful, me and my animal were very comfortable for the 5 nights we stayed. Scott and the co-hosts were extremely responsive and very eager to help and communicate. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone coming to town.

Cute little bungalow, perfect for two! We were there on business and its location can’t be beat! Pleasant neighborhood.

We made the most amazing family memories here and can’t wait to come back! My kids like water parks, but only the more mild stuff and as a disabled person with limited mobility this was a perfect choice for us all to play together! We swam on and off for all hours of the night! The folks that stay on the property are all so kind and the hosts are even kinder! If you need help at all they are on top of it. You can’t beat the price, friendliness or amount of fun anywhere near here in Oregon so come visit here :)

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

Americana's place was very nice and clean and the communication was excellent. There was an unexpected issue so that we could not stay. If it is available next time we are in the area we would love to stay.

Loved this perfect getaway! Hosts were great and the stay was incredible. Loved being able to use the hot tub and fireplace, there was also a pool and sauna. We played horseshoes and wandered the grounds, sat in the zen garden and visited with the turtle Tilly and neighbor pig Charlotte. Stars were stunning at night. Highly recommend as a place to chill for a weekend and enjoy the amenities!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this house. The house has a great layout—spacious yet cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged to make the most of the space. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we all got a good night’s sleep. The full kitchen was a huge plus, fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space was a standout—beautifully designed and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. The great fire table in the backyard was the cherry on top, bringing everyone together for memorable evenings filled with laughter and good vibes. The location couldn’t have been better either—super convenient and close to everything we wanted including a grocery store. This was our first Airbnb stay as a family, and it made for a really nice experience. We’d book it again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

Tina was a great host and we fully enjoyed our stay at her home. The kitchen is fully stocked for large groups and has two ovens. We had a great time playing in the pool! Lots of floaties to play with. We would definitely stay here again!

Our grandchildren live in Springfield, so we visit twice a year and always stay in an Airbnb. This was definitely one of our top favorites so far, and we plan to stay again next time. We loved the neighborhood (safe, convenient, walkable), and especially loved how private the guest suite felt. There is a separate entrance on the side of the house and a small, enclosed yard to enjoy sitting outside. Ariel was quiet and respectful of our privacy (which is not always the case when you're staying on someone's property. The instructions were clear and the space was very nice and exactly as pictured/described. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back!

A wonderful, cozy and peaceful little cottage located close to 2 great dog parks for your furry family member. The Critter Cottage is located behind a house being renovated. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Eugene. It's not fancy, but it is clean and efficiently set up and the price is great. The owner is very friendly and responds quickly to any questions.

I had such a wonderful stay! Diane is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The unit is spacious and has a lot of natural light. The backyard is lovely and there’s a great view of it from the bedroom. The neighborhood is really nice, full of gorgeous flowers in the spring, great for walking your dog, and super close to a ton of places. I really loved my time here!

This was our second time staying there. Very peaceful area and convenient

Michael and Cole’s place was spectacular. Love the open concept for two people and two dogs. The fully fenced yard was so nice to have and we used the covered patio a lot, it was lovely. This is probably one of the best airbnbs we have stayed in for the organization and availability of the things we always need/want. Free of clutter kitchen but still all the things you need, filtered water in the fridge, labeled cabinets. The bathroom had make up wipes, plenty of towels and also free of clutter. The shower is beautiful with the most amazing shower head system. There was a lot of storage for clothes in the bedroom area and the nightstand/headboard had a lot of storage also. The bed was comfortable and large. We didn’t use the tv but it’s the biggest tv I’ve ever seen haha. The AC unit worked really well along with the ceiling fans. We will definitely stay here again!

Rachel was a wonderful host and her unit was the perfect cozy, comfortable place to stay for me as a single girl attending a wedding nearby! Check-in and out was a breeze, Rachel was very friendly and helpful and the unit was beautiful. She even left extra toiletries, snacks and cold drinks for me, which was so nice after my travel! The neighborhood was also lovely (lots of trees and a beautiful park nearby) and there was lots of shops and food spots to walk or drive to. Highly recommend staying here!
