You'll feel like you're in a nest in the trees while staying in this freshly remodeled studio adjoining our personal home in South Eugene. Near town and close to all the necessary amenities, you'll still feel tucked away and in your own little retreat spot. With a full kitchen at your disposal, you'll be able to stop by any of the local farmer's markets and come home to make a beautiful fresh meal. If working from home is your thing, we've got fast wifi and a perfect spot to focus in.

River Road Refuge

Quiet and close to downtown Eugene, this guest house has the tranquility of it's farming past. Its a short stroll to the Willamette River (stop by Ciderlicious on the way!) & pathway to the Whittaker Neighborhood and the downtown. Easy access from the 569 Beltline too. Guests have their own entrance and back deck and bathroom. There is a small refrigerator to use in the room. We provide coffee, a variety of teas and snacks. We are a retired couple, not a corporation in the Airbnb business.

Located in quiet West Eugene neighborhood close to everything. The Food Pantry/Kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker (coffee provided in compostable K-cups), electric kettle (teas provided), paper cups, plates & bowls, and paper towels. Lots of light, nice & clean, pet friendly. And no cleaning or chores required of guests, just your pleasant stay!

In a quiet tree-lined neighborhood with restaurants, grocery, and Westmoreland Park all w/in 3 blocks. Distances: <2 miles to downtown, 2.5 to campus, 1 to fairgrounds.

Private Bungalow tucked into our back yard. Serene and quiet space, though close to all amenities. Drop off your car and walk to football games & Olympic and local track events as well as outdoor concerts at Cuthbert. Oakway Hyatt and Residence Inn just one block away. River bike paths just one block away. Want to settle in for a while? Visiting? In between? Here for a short-term work assignment? Bring your suitcases and step into your own comfortable home for a while.
