Jessica was very responsive and helpful. The house was extremely comfortable for our family of 11. The home was modern and cozy, the wrap around porch was great!

we absolutely loved the house and location. The views are as good as nearly any house at Carlton Landing and the porches were my wife's favorite part of the entire trip. Front porch with 2 swings, side porch with dinner table is screened in (had many meals there) and the upstairs screened in porch is the best kept secret of the house. Very clean, workout room was such a plus and proximity to pickleball/tennis/basketball court was so fun for our family. We absolutely hope to stay here again!

This is a great house. This is the second time our family has stayed in this house. The location is perfect - so close to the pools, the pop up shops, and restaurants. The kids love the bunk room.

Our group stayed for a reading retreat and it was the perfect spot! Beautiful and comfortable with a well stocked kitchen. We stayed on a particularly cold weekend and had to cut our stay short due to the pipes freezing but Lindsay responded quickly and gave us the option to move to another location. She was very accommodating and we would definitely stay here again!

Location is amazing. Carlton Landing has everything for a family. Safe neighborhood very friendly people. The house was wonderful, space was well used. We would definitely stay again.

I honestly don’t even have the words to accurately express how amazing this place is, so let’s just try to start at the beginning. From before check-in all the way through checkout, the communication with Micah was fantastic. Every single question was answered quickly and kindly. Check-in was quick and easy. From the moment you step into the home, you feel at ease. The house was so clean! Not a speck of dirt anywhere, and that is not an exaggeration. But really, the star of this home is the backyard. We lounged by the pool and in the hot tub, our son played for hours in the pool (literally), and we used the grill every night to cook dinner. Even with all the amenities of Carlton Landing, we could have never left the home and been content. I also loved the upstairs screened-in porch overlooking the park. This was so relaxing and peaceful. I could not have asked for a better place for a weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to stay again!

Quaint little home. I’ve stayed here twice now in the last 12 months and have been very happy with both visits. I initially reserved the whole house for my trip but plans changed and when it came time for the trip I didn’t need all three rooms. So I closed off one side of the house and just used one room. I love that the house has that option. The host provided very clear instructions before my arrival. There were no questions at all. The bigger side of the house has two bedrooms and one bath. One bed is super soft and the other is moderate in my opinion. I like a very soft mattress so this was perfect and super comfortable for me. The kitchen has a few non-perishable items. So that’s convenient. But I would like to have had some ice. Although there were ice trays in the freezer, they were empty. So, I had to go get a cup of ice from Sonic. The living room furniture was very comfortable. TV had Roku on it so I was able to watch TV. I would def recommend this place.

You won’t find a nicer host or house on Lake Eufaula! I can’t recommend this place any higher! Thank you Ash for hosting us Memorial Day weekend, absolutely awesome experience!

Rachel was an amazing host. The home was beautiful and truly made us feel like we were home away from home! The kitchen had everything you needed! The place was spacious and comfortable! We held my daughter’s graduation event here with family and it was great for that! Rachel always was there to answer and help with anything I needed! We appreciate you all so much and we hope we can come back again someday!!

LOVE this place!!! It was so comfortable, cozy, and still able to have the feel of vacation. We enjoyed our stay. Also very easy precise clean up instructions which made it a breeze to do our part. We will definitely be checking the availability here first when we come back to stay!!!!!

This home provided everything that we needed for a last minute, relaxing getaway! The kitchen was well stocked and we even found more appliances & grilling utensils in the island right before we left. Both the interior and exterior of the home were clean. The covered dock was perfect for the rainy weekend. We even had the chance to catch some fish! Games provided and the foosball table were handy when we couldn’t be outside. Beds were comfortable with beautiful decor. The hosts took time to pay attention to details that would provide us with a great stay. We look forward to staying longer next time!

this was one of my favorite Airbnb to stay. the kids bunk room was amazing. they kids only bed it and felt right at home. my kids are hard to get to sleep and after running around in the back yard they crashed in their comfy beds while watching a movie. the night lights are a great touch as my kids are scared of the dark especially in new places. the kitchen was beautiful and big enough for our two families to cook. even though the lake was too high due to rain there was so much to do and keep us busy at the house. the house is beautiful and still has the new house smell. we didn't want to leave and will definitely go back!

We stayed for a bachelorette weekend with a group of 10 girls and had plenty of space! The house was beautiful, pristine, and well equipped. The location was great and the town was fully walkable, we didn’t even need a golf cart. We will definitely be back!

I loved how clean and spacious this residence was. The only thing i would probably ask for is for there to be more trash bags to where we could throw our trash away at. Other than that I and my guests enjoyed our stay

It’s was a beautiful eclectic home felt right at home as soon as we arrived it rained all weekend and with all the amenities we kept busy with games and etc. the beds we all comfortable with no complaints from anyone all the bathrooms were clean and stocked the kitchen had plenty of room to cook and gather while we ate. We loved this house inside and out. It was also close enough to town if you needed something but far enough you had peace and quiet. We will definitely want to stay again soon.

Both Megan and Scott were great host. Always responsive to questions and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The house was fabulous and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. We had a big storm come through but with the safe room and generator - it’s was no problem. We appreciate having a place like this to feel at home while visiting my son in college.
