Jennene’s Airbnb is exemplary in every way. Immaculately kept, thoughtfully appointed, and perfectly positioned facing the sea, it’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. The backyard is a dog owner’s dream - spacious, secure, and ideal for pets to stretch out and play while you enjoy the ocean breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Just a heads-up: please don’t book in July… because we’re coming back!

Two words…wow and stunning! I came here with my fam for our annual birthday celebration trip. This place is one of the best we have stayed at. Beautiful ambiance in the living, well equipped kitchen, beautiful new bathrooms and Aesop soap! Felt like staying in a nice hotel with the benefits of an airbnb. Basketball hoop, bird life and last but not least the view and the beautiful lounging chairs looking out, to die for! The host was very kind and responsive. We had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back.

We enjoyed our stay and spending time with family at the beautiful, well appointed Caves Beach House. We enjoyed having breakfast at the deck, looking towards the beach. We also enjoyed walking to Caves restaurant and to Caves Beach from the house. Thank you for hosting us, Sue!

Perfect for walking to everything in the local area, the beach, restaurants, clubs and bars along the strip where basically at your front door yet you are still private enough for it to be very restful when needed. Lovely little find and an extra bonus for our cute daily visits from the resident dog. Thanks for hosting.

What an amazing place to stay with family, the apartment is so beautifully decorated with attention to detail and very clean. The rooftop jacuzzi with amazing views is truly remarkable! My partner and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The layout was thoughtfully designed and we especially loved the rustic charm of the bed and bathroom which created such a warm, cozy atmosphere. The location was perfect, the beach accessible from the back gate of the property and although the weather was chilly, we still enjoyed a lovely picnic down there. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful getaway!

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Very responsive, clean home in a beautiful location. You need to take your own blow dryer and take enough towels with you if you don’t want to keep on washing and drying the towels they provide for you during your stay.

Bernadette’s place is a great find! Beautiful view overlooking the pool and lake, and the complimentary coffee/tea/cookies were a nice touch. Bed was also super comfy! Would definitely stay here again

Adrian’s place was so homely and comfortable. The beds were so soft and we didn’t want to leave that lounge! We had just the right amount of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. Adrian was very generous and thoughtful. Even leaving ice blocks in the freezer for the kids! The pool and games room was a hit with the kids. Great for the couple of rainy days we got during our stay. This was probably the most comfortable air b n b experience we’ve had. Everything ran smoothly thanks to a great host.

This is a very good value place in the central coast, close to the beach and good food spots around town, on top of this, the hosts were very accommodating, prompt on messages and very much cared about our experience at their place. The space is very clean and has all you would need for a little getaway. Thank you!

This was such a wonderful and truly memorable weekend away. Ian is a brilliant host and was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. He even provided us with champagne and a fresh jar of marmalade which was very sweet. The house feels spacious and includes all the amenities you could possibly need, every need has been thought of…we even used an umbrella provided when it stormed. The space is thoughtfully styled and every item feels unique, we had so much fun admiring this treasure trove! Thanks again for a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

I must say that this is the very Best AIRBNB experience Ive ever had; Ian has set a truly exemplary standard of attention to detail, sense of place, aesthetic experience, cutlery etc. demonstrating the best sense of Northern Beaches Sydney Style. That bed!- crisp warm and snug after a tough day of business or exploring , was a rare treat indeed. Dont get greedy Ian, but the Best value & quality of experience for the funds I have seen out of AirBNB. This is a noisy roadside position, yet the Architecture was beautifully quiet to experience; I found the little round table a little low for computing, but found the stools & bench just fine for that work An Outstanding experience, from the no-fuss acceptance of booking to the simple no-Key lockup system- ; I surely hope I may stay with your place again; an Outstanding experience when a number of more prosaic AIR BNB stays are priced at almost extortionate levels. We were a group of 12 friends and wished for a relaxing weekend in a beautiful location and boy did this house deliver! loved the place, loved the surroundings, and loved that it was exactly as described. %100 recommend! we'll hopefully come back very soon.
