Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Bedroom 1 (Bedroom, shower and kitchenette)

I offer a mezzanine room with miller's ladder access, featuring a small storage area for clothes and a reading table. On the ground floor a shower with small vanity and toilet. A sofa, kitchenette with electric stove, refrigerator, some kitchen accessories for cooking, microwave and Senseo coffee maker, TV with basic channels and Wi-Fi available. The accommodation is located close to the town center and twenty minutes from the gates of Angers.

Charming cottage a little vintage, large summer spa, 5 bedrooms , functional kitchen, large living room with fireplace, an ideal place for reunions of families or friends especially since there is everything for a good weekend to have fun thanks to a large range of games: ping pong, pétanque, shuffles, molkky, speed Ball, slide swing structure, sandpit, arcade game, foosball, board games a flipper. But no noise outside after 11pm      

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
