The Cotton Pickin' Little Farmhouse

This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Mountain Lake Villa

A tiny home that is located right at the foot of Lookout Mountain and just in front of Weiss Lake. Here you are less than a mile from a public boat access. Minutes away from Cherokee Rock Village, Little River Canyon, Little River, Coosa River, and Neely Henry Lake. The home sits across the field from me and is situated with a twin home that could be rented by someone else. Yours will be the one on the left.

From family reunions to camp outs, birthday parties and even senior portraits, this property holds a special place in our hearts. Sitting atop a hill overlooking the beautiful scenery sits this 1920’s Little Red Caboose. Bright and light within and sitting upon actual railroad tracks, you will feel like you are a world apart. Snuggle into the queen size bed and enjoy an escape on the rails. Brew a fresh cup of coffee and throw open the door to the mini porch and enjoy the view.
