A very cozy cottage with a charming garden. A nice base to reach Paris by public transportation. Highly recommend!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

We loved our weekend in this atypical house, full of charm as well as the availability and kindness of Francis who welcomed us for the handover of the keys.

Very nice apartment, well located, just a few steps from the train station with lots of small shops around. The property is really as shown in the photos. The spa is beautiful as well as the cinema. Great little time spent at Mike's, I recommend it. The treadmill is really a plus too. The least positive point I found is that there is no direct access to the outside (for smokers you have to leave the accommodation).

This is our second time staying at this place and we were just as happy this time as last time. We arrived in Paris in the morning and we were able to leave our bags in the apartment and then go out and spend the rest of the day in Paris before returning to formally check in later. We love the location since it’s within walking distance of many places and the metro station is literally across the street. We easily fit six people in the apartment. Having a bedroom with a separate bathroom was very nice since we let my wife’s parents use that and it gave them a bit of privacy while my kids took the pull out couch and my wife and I took the other bedroom. Everything was well equipped and we didn’t lack anything. Jay was also very responsive. I’ll definitely consider staying here again if I’m traveling with a group larger than a couple people.

We had a great time, I was a little apprehensive about the fact that the accommodation was on the owners' property and frankly 10/10 the hosts were very responsive, discreet, everything was thought out as it should be, we were able to enjoy the whole garden and a small corner with the minimum of overlooking was available, the pool water was very good. We'll be back 🙂

Samuel is a fantastic host, polite, friendly and responsive. He goes above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay in Paris. The apartment is beautifully decorated and chic in a stunning area of Paris. We loved the old building, balconies and old style lift to take you up and down from the sixth floor. Samuel showcases his treasures, whilst also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and space. Naturally, you can hear some noises within the building but this does not deter from your stay, and for anyone with young children just be mindful of their heavy feet on the wooden floors. Montmartre is our favourite part of Paris for its views and winding streets of cafes and shops. All amenities are very close by. We would highly recommend staying at Samuel’s place. Comfortable bed, great location, very walkable. Very good boulangeries and patisseries in the area. My daughter loved the cafe americano at Notre Patisserie across the street. Nicolas was able to meet us early to drop off our luggage which was much appreciated. No AC, but we purchased a couple small fans at a monoprix and slept with the windows open and it was perfect. Small elevator was helpful after a long day of walking. Overall, we had a great time and would recommend this apartment.

lovely little house near Roche aux sabots. we stayed there with four adults and one small kid. the garden is beautiful the house absolutely big enough, the kitchen is well equip. we loved it

An ideal apartment for a group stay. The accommodation is clean, spacious, well furnished and you will certainly enjoy the balcony. The train station right next door and the shopping center opposite make this Airbnb a very good choice in every way! Validated for my part ✅

First of all, I'm new here and have no way of comparing. We were 2 couples for 3 nights in the accommodation. There is a toilet in this apartment, which is usually sufficient. The bathrooms are somewhat unfairly divided. In the large bedroom, there is a large shower directly in the room. This is definitely the better choice. The smaller bedroom has only indirect access to a bathroom which is very small and has a mini shower. That's enough for a shower, but it's not exactly comfortable. The living room is huge. The kitchen too. Unfortunately, there is no dishwasher. Not everyone needs it, but it should be standard. There would be plenty of room for it. The carpets in the living room do not have a good grip on the concrete floor. Right in front of the kitchenette, it wasn't exactly safe. The residential unit has no air conditioning. This is unfavorable, especially in the summer. The view is priceless. The view over the city is fantastic.

A remarkable setting, beautiful, quiet, relaxing. The bedding, and the accessories and kitchen necessities are impeccable. The place is isolated but there are plenty of activities to do directly on site, with friends or family, and in all weather! Nadine was pleasant and very responsive to our messages! We had a nice weekend at Florence’s place. Very cozy and comfortable. The small terrace/backyard is so nice and rare to have. Thankful she is open for dogs to stay at her place. Would recommend!

We had a great stay at Estelle and Pierre's house! We were very well received, with kindness and homemade brioche! The house was nice, as well as the pool and the garden. Everything was very simple, whether it was booking, finding the place, check-in/check-out. We were perfectly serene and calm. Many thanks to Estelle and Pierre for this welcome :)

The perfect summer accommodation! The apartment is small, but very tastefully furnished and can top it all off with a fantastic garden including a pool. Due to the location on the outskirts, it is wonderfully quiet and green, but you can be in the center of the village in four minutes by car, where you can find everything you could hope for in French delicacies. Severine is an extraordinarily warm, dedicated and helpful hostess who manages to make you feel really welcome. In the event of problems or questions, she was immediately available with advice and action, without giving the feeling of being a burden. Thank you! We were very happy to be there and will be happy to come back!

We were in Alexandrine's apartment for the third time. It is ideal for a short break with two adults and two children. Disneyland is even within walking distance and the center of Paris can also be reached by public transport. Great! We'd love to come back. 😊👍

Accommodation, impeccable and friendly. I recommend it.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

Great place to stay for a fair rate.

Carole is very attentive to these hosts. We were able to arrange for the arrival time because we live quite far away. There were 7 of us in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. We regret not being able to visit the entire city, so we will surely come back and rent this apartment again:) Thanks again
