We had the pleasure of staying at Sandrine's for 3 days and 2 nights with 6 friends and I would like to highlight the quality of the welcome as well as the responsiveness of the host. The accommodation was impeccable, faithful to the description, comfortable and well located (all the necessary amenities nearby). The pool is a real asset, perfectly maintained, ideal for relaxing and above all covered + heated. We also greatly appreciated the flexibility that Sandrine and her husband showed regarding arrival and departure times, which greatly facilitated our organization. I recommend this address without hesitation.

A lovely spot for a peaceful getaway, surrounded by interesting places to explore and perfect for walking. The house is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The host is friendly, helpful, and discreet—making the experience even more enjoyable.

We had a lovely stay at Marie and Hanno's house. The house had a nice authentic ambiance and was so quiet and peaceful :) We checked in later than expected, but that wasn't a problem for Marie and Hanno who waited to show us around even late at night. The house was bigger than expected, with a lovely garden and a nice equipped kitchen and bathroom, and enough space to park your car. We got some complementary (Belgian ;)) beers in the fridge, which was very nice! Just one minor improvement: not all guests wash their dishes as well (apparently), which made some of the dishes in the cabinet really dirty. This also caused the downstairs floor to smell a bit funky unfortunately. The bed was also a bit small, but definitely not a big problem for us - just good to know! The area was beautiful and quiet, with a bakery a couple of minutes away. Tip: visit Provins while you're there, it's definitely the prettiest village around!

We had the most fabulous stay at le chalet, a beautifully crafted house that just keeps on giving, form the view to the hot tub, you simply couldn’t ask for a better spot to stop and relax for a few days. Delphine was fantastic! Hospitable to the maximum and available to help with any request we had. I could go back again and again and I certainly will be doing that. Quite simply put, a showstopper not to be missed! Thank you Delphine for the most wonderful stay.

We had a great time at this place. Everything was as described, clean, well-equipped and very pleasant to live in.

The house is quite functional, clean and carefully decorated. There were 14 of us and everyone found their place! The bedding is impeccable and the modular "dorm" room brought full satisfaction. The very large grounds are tastefully arranged: we were able to practice various activities: pétanque, badminton, spa, table tennis... Garden lounges and hammocks also make it possible to fully enjoy the outdoors. A big thank you to Sophie for hosting and kindness. She was very responsive and attentive.

We had a really pleasant family Christmas stay at the Champenoise farm! The living room by the fireplace, the large New Year's Eve table around the stove (the kitchen opens into its extension), the foosball, the pool table, the sauna, the board games, the long walks in the surrounding countryside, there was something to delight all generations! The hospitality of Jean-Yves (and Caroline!) was perfect! For the summer, the house also has a large garden. Just thirty kilometers from Provins; ideal for a getaway! I highly recommend it!

This house is pure magic. The photos show just the surface-level beauty of it — they do not fully capture the experience of being there. The sense of history, the warmth, charm and character of the space, the way the light bends into the space in different delightful ways all throughout the day, the smell of lavender bushes buzzing with bees, fresh cut pear blossoms in a vase, the utter tranquility. The house is impeccably decorated and maintained, and the host is lovely. The house is located directly across from an ancient church where Joan of Arc attended services! It’s a charming walk into the beautiful town of Provins. Honestly I would have moved in if I could. 10/10

We were blown away by the very high standard of accommodation and decor. It was immaculately clean and was obviously well looked after, both inside and in the wonderful courtyard garden area outside. We loved it. When we arrived Sandrine had left a few tasty morsels along with their house champagne, which we all very much enjoyed. So much so that we ordered a few bottles more their 'Special' Brut. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les Chapitres and both Sandrine and Jean Robert were wonderful hosts.

Timothy and his wife Danielle welcomed me and my friends warmly. They were very accommodating and generous. With them, we rediscovered the essence of Airbnb, what Airbnb was originally created for: receive. Recommended! Thanks to both of you

We were greeted with great kindness by Patrick, a host who was both friendly and attentive. The cottage, truly charming, is comfortable, perfectly maintained and very well equipped. The provision of a boat, a canoe, a pedal boat, a foosball table, bicycles and many other amenities adds real added value to the stay and fully contributes to the quality of the experience. We were able to enjoy our family weekend in a peaceful and pleasant setting. We sincerely thank Patrick for his hospitality and recommend this place without hesitation.
