The stay was overall great. The house is quite spacious, ideal for groups, and the pool was a high point of the experience, very well cared for and perfect for relaxing. The host was also very attentive, always available to give us instructions about the house and valuable tips to enjoy the city. On the other hand, we had some water problems. The pressure was very weak, especially in the sink and in the shower, which made daily tasks a little difficult, such as washing dishes and bathing. In addition, it was necessary to save water to prevent it from missing the days of stay. Despite this detail, we had a pleasant experience and the host's hospitality made a difference!

The house is great!! we don't even leave there. Very wide and ventilated.. has all necessary items for a quiet stay.. 3 bedrooms have air conditioning that work great. whoever stays in the room without air, can suffer a little from the heat of the summer. But the other rooms are large enough to fit more people.. Mr. João (host) called us every day to find out how we were and if we needed something. They were all very helpful and flexible with arrival and departure times. The condominium is very safe and the house is in a more reserved and quiet place. we love it and we intend to return soon!

The house has an excellent location and promotes an excellent sense of well-being through direct contact with nature. Very beautiful and super comfortable home, exceeded expectations! A haven to rest and recharge the batteries, all very clean and well taken care of, ideal for quiet days and comfort, starting with the rooms, mattress and hotel bedding! Beautifully decorated, one different from the other, the house is really very chic. It was a unique experience, we went the beach giving way, just crossing the street, seeing the boats coming in with fish, and seeing the meeting of the river with the sea, next to lunch we went home, slept in the hammock, played the games that have in the house, and we saw the books all super interesting, nor does it make you want to leave the house so comfortable and delicious. Accept the owner's suggestion and shop at the supermarket and you won't even want to leave the house! I want to come back every year!

The house of Mr. Francisco is spectacular! A charming rustic style, with antique but well-maintained furniture. The main highlight goes to the cleanliness: everything very clean and fragrant. I initially brought bedding as a precaution, but I was surprised – impeccable and perfumed sheets and towels. The atmosphere is extremely nice and the location, perfect! A few meters from a beautiful beach, with natural pools and the meeting of the river with the sea – a simply stunning look. I also had the opportunity to visit the Cachoeira dos Índios, a fantastic place to connect with nature. In addition, Mr. Francisco is very attentive, always responding quickly to messages and ready to resolve any issue. Simply fantastic hosting! We are all delighted with the experience. If you want to stay in Subaúma, in a rustic, clean house near the beach and with great cost-benefit, no doubt that's the right choice!
