Valerie is an excellent host. We got a neatly maintained apartment. All the facilities were available including powder of washing machine and dishwasher. She helped us to book a show in Astana Opera too. Location is perfect and in the central location. This is the best apartment of airbnb we had experienced till date. We enjoyed it a lot. One must experience this.

My experience in Astana was wonderful, as I stayed with Mr. Daniyar. His demeanor was exceptional; he is a respectful and always helpful person. Thanks to his support and guidance, I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. His apartment was also fantastic in every way—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. In short, this is a great place to stay. After looking at the photos and then seeing the place in person, I was pleasantly surprised (It looks better in real life than in the photos, to be honest). Considering that the prices are lower than others, I was really happy to spend my vacation here.

This was a great place for our stay, as I needed to work with ministries that were located within walking distance. The building is close to the center of the city, a good mall is a 15min walk away, a large supermarket is 5 minutes away, there are 4 small shops in the building where you can buy most of what you may need, there are 3 delivery service points in the building (WildBerries, Ozon, Kaspi) for anything you want to order online. Apartment had everything we needed, including laundry detergent, all cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, etc. The A/C is only in the living room and it works great, but there isn't one in the bedroom and it gets quite hot in the summer. If you keep the windows closed and run the A/C on high it will cool all rooms off eventually. The mattress in the bedroom, in my opinion, requires replacement, as it is pretty soft. I found it tough to sleep on, but it could just be me. Overall, an awesome place and we will be back next year! Thank you, Lyailya!

Wonderful apartments with lots of little details and handmade items. The apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need, from a sports mat to a first aid kit. Also liked the presence of quality appliances in the apartment, as well as a designer TV with an account on Netflix :) All this definitely leaves the impression of maximum care from the host. The apartment is remote from the center, but this did not cause me any inconvenience, as the transport accessibility is great, never waited more than 10 minutes for a bus, cab comes without problems, all the necessary delivery services worked. The apartment is just a gift for working remotely, stable internet, many cozy places where you can comfortably spend time. I highly recommend, next time only to Dana :)

Separately, I want to note the convenient location because there are shops, cafes and shopping malls nearby. It was my second stay in a year, and it was still the best apartment! It was within walking distance of the mall, there were several bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get around, and there were many mini-markets and cafes right next to the accommodation, making it very convenient. The room was very clean, warm, and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The self-check-in method is also very easy to understand and simple. They were very kind and a lovely host! The apartment is light, cozy and comfortable for two. The kitchen had all the essentials for self-cooking. Comfortable sleeping place. There are many grocery stores and cafes within the walking distance. The hostess is very friendly and always available :)

Everything was wonderful. The photos correspond to reality, a very pleasant and spacious apartment. Impressed by a large comfy sofa (it's just huge). The hostess is kind and responsive, was always in touch and immediately helped to resolve any issues that arose! I recommend this place!

The host met us during a check-in, helped to get comfortable in the house, which is good. The flat is nice and quiet with lots of sofas, great place to relax and chill. Big market is close and lot of places where to eat by the way a kitchen has everything for cooking.

Overall, my experience at Edward's condo was outstanding. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a glamorous escape with thoughtful hospitality. The highlight of my stay was the stunning views from all the rooms Every morning and night, I sipped my coffee while soaking in the serene view of Baiterek...May be Astana was not a tourist place, but this stay definitely is... Эдуард was incredibly responsive and greeted us with all the necessary information to ensure a smooth check-in and stay.

Wonderful, clean and bright apartment! There is a self check-in option, but we were still met by the host at check-in and helped us check in. A few days before check-in, the host sent detailed instructions, as well as information on how to get from the airport, which taxi you need to call. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had, was always available and we were calm. The apartment has everything you need - dishes, towels, internet. A very beautiful view of the city from the window! The apartment is in the center, close to shops, museum, restaurants. We were very satisfied with our choice, this apartment was much better than any hotel!!

The apartment is within walking distance of the shopping center, which I needed. So there are no disadvantages for me. Everything was enough.

Warm, tight curtains, everything you need for cooking, clean bathroom with hot water. Among the features - a tired mattress and I slept diagonally (but then the hostess said that a new one is already waiting for it to be replaced), and children are regularly heard behind the wall. I didn't mind. As far as I understand, according to communication with colleagues from Astana - such audibility in all new buildings. Closed courtyard, safe and peaceful. Nearby shops, coffee shops. Botanical Garden is a 10-minute walk, Mega Silkway is 20 minutes away. Walking was comfortable and everything seemed to be nearby.
