Great old-school 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor - no fuss, but just what you need. Feels like being at your grandma's vacation home. Really central, 2 minutes walking from the port and the restaurants. We loved our stay on the island. Bring earplugs tho, the seagulls and crows can get really loud at night on the surrounding roofs, and the windows are all single-pan - so zero sound insulation.

From our entrance to the house, we had all our questions and solutions for our needs. We felt comfortable. It also provided flexibility with checkout. The location of the house was very good. It was a nice experience.

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

My mother had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The place was very clean and exactly as described. The host was incredibly helpful and super responsive throughout the stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to Bostancı Station and about 10 minutes to the bus stop. There are two convenience stores nearby and several great dining options, including a pizza place and a delicious börek shop. The house itself is very well maintained, with fantastic security and a very easy check-in process. We felt very comfortable and safe the entire time. Good place to stay and visit istanbul

Although the house is old, the interior is beautifully decorated and very stylish. The kitchen has everything you need, and the house was exceptionally clean and well-organized. The location is perfect; it’s in a central area, with markets, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The host was also very accommodating with the late checkout. It was a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again, it was a wonderful experience!

We stayed at Bayram’s apartment during a study trip in Maltepe and had a fantastic experience. The apartment is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The apartment was even better than in the photos! Very clean, well decorated, spacious and above all with a huge balcony with an absolutely magnificent view of the sea – a real joy at any time of the day. The host was warm, available and always attentive, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

The neighbourhood has many cafes and restaurants, also walking distance to the water side. The apartment has all you need for one to two person. Mert is responsive and resolves any issues.

I rented this place for my family and we were all very pleased with our stay. The apartment is spacious, bright, and has an amazing view of the Princes' Islands. Its seafront location is a big plus. We had a peaceful and relaxing experience in a quiet neighborhood. It’s just a short walk to Kartal Marmaray station and Ist Marina shopping mall, which was very convenient. Parking was not an issue at all. Our host, Mr. Kamal, was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming — he helped us with everything we needed. Thank you for this wonderful experience! I definitely recommend this place, especially for families.

It was on the ground floor, but the air conditioning was good, the bathroom was simple and clean, and the refrigerator was cooling very well. The seats were comfortable.
