I really liked the building. It's new and well organized. The staff is very friendly. The apartment is very well suited. I felt at home and the host is proactive, friendly, and thoughtful. I loved everything. I highly recommend it.

Sebastian and Monica were very responsive and helpful before, during, and after my stay! The apartment was very clean, private and the neighborhood felt safe. Great views from the terrace and apartment!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would! We had a lovely week at Bouga Village . Owner was very easy to get a hold of but we didn’t need much - everything was organized so well and was stocked with all the essentials. We loved our lazy days swimming ( also paddle) and enjoying the view and how close we were to all the towns when we wanted to explore. The views are out of this world and the privacy Bouge Village provides was wonderful. We’d love to come back again and would highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Lago Atitlan!

Excellent place and very warm hosts

Everything was great in the stay, the studio was very comfortable. Only the location is a little farther than I thought, not recommended for a woman alone at night. Preferable to get around during the day. It's over the street and there are some noises or chats that feel like they are next to one. This was still clarified in the listing. It would be nice to add an extra blanket or duvet.

Very good experience. It was very clean and there were no communication issues. The only problem is the work next door, which started very early. It didn't bother us much, but we can expect better for this price. Basically, we had a good time, and we would recommend this RBNB, especially for the proximity to the beach.

The property was absolutely beautiful—spotless, with modern appliances and everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The host made sure I had all the information I needed and checked in a few times to ensure everything was going smoothly. The building is very secure, and the neighborhood felt incredibly safe, with plenty of great restaurants and amenities nearby. Highly recommend!

This place was exactly as every review says. Really nice place, great furniture that felt exactly like a real home. Super nice place, spotless. 5 start for sure, couldnt have been more happy. The only disappointment was we only stayed one night.

Everything is very good, the only thing is that the area is a little noisy due to the traffic.

It is an excellent place, we took it during the week and it was almost exclusively for us, very large, clean pool, everything in the apartment works perfectly and is very clean. Estuardo supports one immediately and was always aware. In the surroundings there is everything, within a few minutes there is a super24, the surrounding shops sell vegetables and fruits and about 15 minutes away there was a village with butchers and everything to buy.

Excellent place, it is nice to arrive at a clean and safe place. If we ever return to Guatemala, it will be my first choice.

Very nice place. Loved the view of the pool. Overall was a great stay. We did had an issue. We got shocked with electricity a few times while standing barefoot in front of the main bedroom sink while opening the water and touching the water. We had to put shoes so it wouldn’t happen.
