Very comfortable stay, to be with friends, the only bad thing is that there is only one bathroom inside the house and another outside. But everything else, very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house in Iztapa, just steps from the ocean and surrounded by mangroves. The property is spacious and well-kept, with lovely gardens, a pool, karaoke, and plenty of activities like fishing and boat rides. A big plus was the private beach shared only with nearby homes—perfect during Easter week. The staff was amazing—Mirza and Flori were so helpful with cooking and cleaning, and Josue, the caretaker, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome (he even taught us to fish and had firewood ready for a bonfire!). The host was incredibly kind and attentive, staying in touch from the beginning and even visiting us during our stay. We highly recommend this place, we can’t wait to return!!

Fantastic stay! One of the best Airbnb experiences, starting with quick communication with Michelle before and during the stay. The villa has everything you need and in excellent condition and is impeccable. Everything in the house is explained, so that the room becomes very comfortable. Michelle has thought of every detail, she is a friendly and flexible host, how one would like all the hosts to be!

This location is gorgeous!! I loved the open floor concept, and the modern beach touch to it all. Maria is a GEM!! She assisted me in planning my son’s 10th birthday party, & was always ready and willing to communicate with me about everything. Edwin was also fantastic! He was very attentive and responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!!

The place is immaculate safe and well kept. The staff around the complex is friendly and professional. The apartment exceded our expectations and spotless. Personally, I highly recommend it. The pool, and the well kept settings make the place an incredible experience. Definitely, a place that I will visit again in future trips!. Great memories are created in great destination, and this location definitely is one of them.

It is an excellent place, we took it during the week and it was almost exclusively for us, very large, clean pool, everything in the apartment works perfectly and is very clean. Estuardo supports one immediately and was always aware. In the surroundings there is everything, within a few minutes there is a super24, the surrounding shops sell vegetables and fruits and about 15 minutes away there was a village with butchers and everything to buy.

We stayed at Areia Paredon one night and it was very enjoyable. The entire house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed. All the rooms had AC and the beds were comfortable. We were located really close to the beach. We loved having the pool to cool off, very relaxing . Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, just what we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was really nice and understanding, he let us in early and allowed us to stay an hour late. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

I loved staying at Sueños! Andy was an amazing host, super responsive and proactive with communication. The finishing touches of the place made me feel right at home and was a great haven to unwind. The location could not be better - walkable to the beach and lots of great restaurants. Finally, the gym was a great place to connect with others either living or staying in the area. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

I am very grateful for the flexible schedules, immediate responses, and support in matters of requirement. Something super valuable was that we had a slight accident on the beach with a construction rod and we were surprised that there was a first aid kit in the house. ❤️‍🩹🙏🏻🫶🏻 That was great! Very nice, quiet, cozy and private. Easy access and well-equipped.
