Hoeve Coudewater is a very spacious contemporary holiday home with private entrance and has been recently renovated in a part of a long-fronted farm, where the cow barn and hay loft once was. The living area has on the ground floor an entrance, a fully furnished kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area overlooking the cow pasture. In addition, there are two separate terraces in your own garden. On the upper floor sits the bathroom and the very large bedroom with "walk-in closet".

Half a minute walk to the park for a nice picnic at the castle or a bite to eat in the center a short walk away.

Het Schop is part of a detached historic farm De Essche Hoeve in Esch. Has also been owned by Willem the Third who went to collect his lease from here at surrounding lots. One can make bike rides to Den Bosch from rural Esch. Day trips to Eindhoven and Tilburg are also 20 minutes away by car.

Architectuur volgens de Bosscheschool. Het verborgen huisje is op korte fietsafstand van Den Bosch en bijv taleninstituut Regina Coeli. De rust, ondanks het treinspoor dichtbij, de tuin, uitzicht op de plas, dit alles maakt dit tot een uniek plekje.
