Very secure apartment. Manned security in the lobby and also in the car park, fob access required to use the elevator to get to the apartment. A quiet apartment, I always have an issue with road noise, but being 10 floors up it wasn’t an issue and the view is staggering. Host is lovely, even offered to drop me off to the train station. Central location too. Will be staying again when in Oran next, ticks all the boxes for me personally.

Really a very nice stay in this apartment which is just amazing the location, the cleanliness, the decor, the facilities, beautiful view of the sea, the little touches that do the most ( coffee, drinks, snacks, shower gel, clean towel etc.) everything is together. I recommend it 1000%. Nabil is very responsive and really friendly thank you very much I will be back. Had a few complications during checkin but thankfully the host was able was responsive and dealt with the misunderstandings so there was no troubles at all. The house comes with little amenities, it’s clean, spacious and my favourite has a beautiful balcony. Walk to the beach in the mornings is great. Would definitely visit again.

Nice appartement, located well, not very far away from El Akid restaurants, pictures are accurate, with security cameras and guard.

We had a lovely stay in Oran. The accommodation is spacious, comfortable and very well equipped. The residence is secure and well located, with very convenient underground parking. Communication with Wail was seamless and responsive. I would recommend this place to other guests!
