This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. Thank you so much for letting us stay at your place. The room is great had everything we needed. Esther provided us with enough towels,even sunscreen and umbrella for the beach☺️ Esther is very friendly, nice and helpful. The location is also easily reachable from the center with buses. Overall we had a great time and were very comfortable and felt at home. I definitely recommend! Thank you again🫶🏽

Finca Es Cabàs - Charming double room #2

I adored my stay at the finca and would return again the next time we're in Mallorca. The location was perfect for visiting different parts of the island. The pool was beautiful, there are different hikes connected to the property, and we played tennis daily on the home's court. It's a wonderful setup for families or couples. The staff were wonderful and so helpful. The only callout is, if you're staying on the ground floor in the main house (we stayed in room #2), it can be a bit noisy in the mornings. I found it charming and familial, but if you're expecting more quiet, I suggest staying in one of the upstairs rooms or suites. Our room had a beautiful outdoor patio adjoining the courtyard that we enjoyed in the mornings. We stayed in a few different properties throughout our trip (as we visited different sides of the island) and this was the stay we loved the most and said we'd return to next time. Highly recommend!

We had a pleasant 5-day stay. Guillaume is very responsive to messages. The apartment is well located and you can easily take public transport. Arrival instructions are clear The accommodation matches the photos and the cleaning is impeccable. The kitchen equipment is missing just one glove or potholder and extra tea towels. We would recommend this listing.

Miguel is a great host. Very kind and makes you feel like a good friend for life. He's flexible and really thinks with you, as well as giving you very good advice on what to do in the area.
