The house has a stunning view and offers comfort for guests. The host was extremely attentive, making our stay enjoyable. We had an amazing weekend and came out with great memories. I recommend it!

Place is exactly like in the pictures, peace of mind. The housekeeper welcomed us very well and adjusted some little things that were not waiting for us, as soon as possible. Lugar is easy to get well reserved and safe sunrise and sunset you can contemplate, we made a luau at dusk and it was sensational, only point that could improve was the pool water that has no heating and even on strong sunny days is icy, but it did not disturb our weekend because we enjoyed everything in the best possible way and the place is spectacular, host answered everything very quickly and met all our expectations. Paradise. No need for tv. I watched 2 hours of tv during my 30 day stay. My eyes were constantly stimulated in this idyllic environment. I even saw a pair of toucans my first day there! Gorgeous flowers, plants, tropical fruit trees all tended daily by Carlos. I looked forward to his visits talking about his 6 years of constant planting and tending his personal Eden. The house was open and the rooms much bigger than the photos convey. We had numerous barbecues. The supermarkets were amazing including a Costco-like wholesale food market. My first minutes there set the tone for 30 days of comfort. Edilene with her super friendly personality had a tasty collection of local baked goods, juice and much needed coffee. If I could give it 10 stars out of 5 I would!

Very quiet place, of easy location and with a fantastic view. The house very clean and tidy. Morgana is very helpful and attentive.

The hosts are very dear, polite and helpful. The place is pleasant, peaceful, cozy, everything was extremely clean and organized. I highly recommend and I intend to return.

Great place to rest, enjoy with family!

The sunset chalet is an amazing place, the view and wonderful, the chalet is cozy and just being there, we already feel good, you know when it feels like it calms your soul? The chalet has everything that's needed for a prolonged stay, we stayed 4 nights and we don't miss anything, it's really an excellent stadia option! The hosts are very flexible, everything is good together, and they are very kind and helpful. We received the impeccable chalet, as well as the booster of a swimming pool on the second day, to make sure the pool water was perfect. I definitely recommend the Chalet to everyone!

In relation to the host without observations , very requested,polite and attentive, the house is old, with old furniture but very spacious, has all the household utensils, has no television, has internet, the surroundings of the house well cared for and with a lot of space, some negative points were the swimming pool that left to be desired, the water treatment was not working too much sludge accumulated at the bottom,bottom of the pool with cracks, it would have to do a maintenance,some even dangerous points to get hurt,but for those who are not nauseated as our case, we use it anyway, another negative point were the air conditioning,in 2 bedrooms are those of wall are chilling but they make a lot of noise, in the suite the air conditioner is split in full operation without problems,in the most place is on the side of Chapecó exit to the Rio Grande do Sul, very close to the city, compared to other places in my opinion the value is consistent with the place.

Quiet and peaceful place, very good for relaxing, extremely comfortable house, everything was clean, the animals are docile, the owners are kind and attentive.

Nothing was missing, even we wouldn't need to have taken so many things. The inner part of the house, besides being beautiful and cozy, is air-conditioned, clean and comfortable. I recommend it.

Great site to rest, I recommend! Towns and viewpoint with a beautiful view of the river, clean, large and heated pool, hot tub and great kiosk. The House was clean and organized, in addition to having air-conditioning in all rooms. The site also has all the kitchen utensils. The Host and his wife welcomed us very well, as well as providing us with a great colonial coffee basket.

Quick response, kindness in the service, lots of privacy, quiet, everything working perfectly, clean beds, clean bathroom, great television, comfortable sofa, comfortable beds, private and quiet space, enough swimming pool for 04 to 06 people, refrigerator with good space, stoves, microwave, tables, armchairs, very tasteful chairs, household utensils in general, very good! A beautiful view of the Uruguay River. Great for people of good taste. WE RECOMMEND!!!
