In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

The apartment is on the first floor of the owner's house, (former farmhouse) with independent entrance. The apartment is centrally located in a village of 900 inhabitants. 5 km from the German border, which can be reached thanks to the ferry located 2 villages further away (free). The largest amusement park in Europe is only 20 minutes from the apartment. (Europa Parc) The village is located halfway between Colmar and Strasbourg and 20 km from the wine route.

Welcome to the cottage of the small rampart ! :) Located in Benfeld, a small town in the centre of Alsace and close to many points of interest : • 15 min from Wine Route • 30 min from Strasbourg and Colmar • 30 min from Europa-park The apartment is on the first floor of your guests' house and has independent access.
