On the ground floor, you find a spacious dining room, with direct access to the garden, an open kitchen (fully equipped). Living room with fireplace and a toilet. On the upper floor there is a master room with a balcony overlooking the Puigmal. A second room with a double bed and a third with bunk beds for 4 people, and a full bathroom.

Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Congratulations! The place has been amazing, the decor is taken care of to the last detail, the house consists of 3 floors, and the comfort is incredible, the quality of the sofa and the bed, to rest after a day of skiing or mountain.
