I recently stayed at here and it was a truly memorable experience. From check‑in to check‑out, everything ran seamlessly, the hosts were always quick to reply and very responsive. The place truly felt like a home away from home.

It was a fantastic and authentic experience. We saw some mace being harvested and my wife was so amazed. Thank you for making the provision of the cooker. We didn't get to use it as luckily the food my wife made and brought was alright when we reached. The stay was very comfortable and the Bhaiyas were very helpful. Great place and had a great time at the pool with my kids. Only concern is the room is in a basement and might be an issue if you’re claustrophobic. There’s a balcony too which definitely helped.

Fantastic location in a perfect location on Marine Parade. Right in the centre of downtown on the lake shore. Easy walk to the ferries, Water Metro, restaurants. A pleasant 20 minute Water Metro ride delivers you to Fort Kochi. Large fully fitted out apartment - I stayed for 2 weeks and it felt like home.

We arrived a little early. The host were kind to keep our luggage at a safe place until the current guests vacated. When we came back in 2 hours, the space was sparkling clean. The location of the house was great providing great views of the river. The neighbourhood was extremely quiet, making for a peaceful stay. Although we did not get to meet the hosts, the caretaker filled up for this. He was polite, responsive and prompt. The only downside of this house is that since it is located inside we had some issues booking taxi and ordering food. Overall, a great place to relax and rejuvenate.

Though my stay was only for couple of days, I enjoyed it and had a hazzle free time during my stay. The place is comfortable enough for a short trip, giving enough privacy and peace. Kitchen and room had almost all the necessary amenities. would recommend it and would be happy to stay again. Thanks to the host, Farooq for being in touch throughout the stay.

A great big home with a great view and all the needed amenities. Very comfortable space which is thoughtfully constructed to make you feel right at home. One can spend hours just lazing in the balcony, taking in the sights of the backwaters and the harbour on the other side. Only slight issue we encountered was finding the right tower and parking, but that was rectified quickly once we reached out to the host. This home is in tower A2, which is something you could miss while driving in as the gate is sometimes kept closed. But that’s a very small issue and now that I know where it is, I’d probably come back for my next Kochi visit.

Zafar was a great host, we loved the property, it was in a prime location in Kochi and the property was in great shape, very beautiful place, loved the stay. Will love to stay here again.

The flat is pretty good with beautiful view of backwaters. One can enjoy the scenic beauty sipping tea sitting in the balcony. Main hall should have Air-conditioning which will make it more comfortable. Overall it’s a peaceful well maintained nice place.

Good spacious 2bhk for a calm and peaceful stay with your friends. Location is ideal for easy access to Panampally Nagar and the numerous cafés & eateries around.

Pictures listed here doesn’t bring out the true beauty of the place… this can easily be one of the best properties in kochi on airbnb. Owner directly assisted us during our stay and was super helpful and sweet. Will surely suggest and would love to visit again.

The location is unbeatable—easily accessible and perfect for exploring the city's vibrant culture while having a peaceful retreat to return to. Being on the third floor, the view from the terrace was fantastic—We could see the shipyard beyond Jew Street, making it a serene spot to unwind.
