Brand new stylish renovated villa in Denia!

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Very private house in quiet area at the foot of the Montgó. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Pool of 13'5x 4'5mts and Jacutzzi. Heated pool (ask for price). Sun all day. 1 minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket,cafeteria and 10 mts walking to restaurants. A 5-minute drive to the historic center, a 15-minute drive to Puerto Beach, and a 5-minute drive to the town. You'll find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.
