Very private house in quiet area at the foot of the Montgó. Air conditioning and heating throughout the house. Pool of 13'5x 4'5mts and Jacutzzi. Heated pool (ask for price). Sun all day. 1 minute walk to a private clinic, supermarket,cafeteria and 10 mts walking to restaurants. A 5-minute drive to the historic center, a 15-minute drive to Puerto Beach, and a 5-minute drive to the town. You'll find traditional shops and restaurants. 5 beds, 1 queen-size bed, 2 bathrooms, huge terrace.
