We had a fantastic time. Beautiful, quiet and natural environment with privacy. Extremely friendly welcome. Everything super neat and clean. Repeatable. The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

We think Zeddam is a beautiful environment where you can walk and cycle. In the immediate vicinity, you will find hills, forest, polder, and riverscape. Various places in Germany are also easy to reach. We did not use the car during our stay. Various restaurants are in walking distance. A good butcher and a supermarket are close by. In the apartment, all the necessities are available for cooking, staying, etc. We felt right at home there. Everything was done to make us feel at ease. In short, we can recommend this apartment to everyone.

We had an amazing time in Marieke's truly beautiful apartment. She was an amazing host, quickly replied to all messages and left great recommendations for activities during our stay. We'd highly recommend staying with Marieke and hope to be able to come back soon!

the apartment was great and in great condition, extremely nice neighborhood but it is an uber/bolt or train ride away, now if you choose the ride app option be aware you will be spending about 30-70 euros each way for the 30-40 minute drive. i think the neighborhood was lovely, everything does close early in town (around 6-7) but if you can get into the shops or restaurants the area is great and friendly.

Yoeri’s place is charming, comfortable, cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect: right at the heart of Naarden, but a very quiet place, silent in the night. The reality is even better than the description and the photos. Communication with Yoeri was smooth. He was responsive and did all to make my stay wonderful. Totally recommended!

What a beautiful clean cottage. Everything present. But especially the view and the tranquility. Ina and Jan are very hospitable. We would like to come back again to enjoy the peace and quiet.

We had a great time in Naarden and enjoyed the space to explore the surrounding areas, had some proper night sleeps with our little one and can recommend it. Great Airbnb and great host as part of our trip across the Netherlands.

Great place to stay in Baarn. Close by shops. Easy getting in the appartment. Communication with Ingrid good. She is a great host and very helpfull.

We had a wonderful stay at this holiday home! The amenities were more than very good (fresh fruit, baked rolls, drinks), the location was quiet and the landlady was very friendly and helpful. With their help, we were able to experience a few great excursions. Great tips and good places that are suitable for dogs. The fenced garden was also ideal for our dogs. They were able to stay there without being on a leash. There were also bowls, a blanket and dog bones for you The terrace with the well-equipped garden furniture also invited you to linger. You can walk to the great dunes, where the dogs can really romp. Simply great for people and animals. Thank you for the hospitality. We will definitely be back.

What a wonderful stay we had in the cozy house of Aster and Erik. After a warm welcome, it didn't take long for us to feel completely at home. With wonderful places to sit in the house: around the fireplace, by the TV, a reading corner, a relaxing chair and a great dining table. And a fully equipped kitchen with cooking island, where you can also look outside and enjoy the beautiful view. The bedrooms are also great and the beds comfortable. The large bathroom downstairs is a bit more luxurious, but the bathroom upstairs also works fine. And around the house there are also all cozy seating areas, one of which has a canopy under which we sat outside despite less good weather. Also the room with table football, darts, pool table and other fun games was great! The surroundings are also really beautiful. We'd love to come back here.

Great location, walking distance to the city center and we also walked to the palace. Private environment in a garden. Hosts very friendly and flexible.

I can only highly recommend Pien's accommodation. We felt like at home. The communication was polite and flawless. Since we had small children with us, stair gates were even installed at extra cost. Very loving. We look forward to coming back again!

Our long weekend was far too short! We have enjoyed beautiful walks in the area, including a trip to the Veluwe. We didn't get there to go to Zutphen or Apeldoorn, both not far away. And it was wonderful to come back to Inge's luxurious and comfortable cottage after being outside. We will be happy to come back here sometime!

What a lovely spot! In the middle of the greenery, with chickens quietly roaming around in the garden - you really end up in an oasis of peace here. We were received super warmly, there was something delicious ready for us, and even when we left we received a sweet gift. So thoughtful and welcoming! The cottage itself is cozy, stylish and well taken care of. Everything you need is there - and much more. You can feel that everything here has been worked on with love and attention. A place where you can immediately relax. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I'd love to come back here again. Recommended!!

Wonderful stay in the beautiful Betuwe. Beautiful location and you can do many things if you like nature. In addition, you are in a central place and you are quickly in Utrecht or Den bosch if you want to look up the city.

We had a great time with six adults. The space was good for the six of us. Monique and Peter sent very clear instructions about the accommodation. Immediately after booking, we were informed that a number of sleeping places are accessible with a somewhat steeper staircase. Very thoughtful but was also clear from the description and the photos. Beautiful view, beautiful, very large garden. Sauna was wonderful all in combination with the outdoor shower. Space to put the bikes down dry, very nice. Being able to charge your car is also a plus. And Peter and Monique were super nice. We even got a discount on the use of the sauna because they found it annoying that the weather was not so good. I can accommodate anyone who wants to get away from it all with a few people and enjoy the peace and space that is available.

Julia was super responsive and friendly. The penthouse was perfect and Julia even temporarily transferred her parking slot to me for the duration of the stay. The penthouse is close to the Maliebaan and Wilhelminapark and in general very well located. A super weekend away and I’ll certainly be back in the future.

Very nice and accommodating hosts in a peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to the train station and grocery store.

Nice ground floor apartment, spacious enough and great location compared to the center of Arnhem. Unfortunately, no access to the garden at the back for the bikes, only through the house.

Mo is a great host . He was very responsive and was available for any help even in the late hours of night. This place is really cozy and comfortable and the location is very convenient to find . It's right by the 'die wierden' bus stop and as such connectivity is very smooth. I would recommend this place :)
