Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

The house is super located in quiet forest surroundings. Hiking trails start right outside the door. The house is well furnished, everything is clean. Especially great is the fireplace, which creates a cozy atmosphere. You can wonderfully switch off and relax here. A trip to the local distillery as well as to Miltenberg is very worthwhile!

We have already been to Ulrike's for the second time. Ulrike was, as before, a very friendly, courteous and helpful hostess. The apartment is very large and also very suitable for several generations, two couples, etc. due to the upper room. We'd love to come back. :-).

Everything is just perfect, the roof of the bathroom on the 2nd floor is a little lower, and if we could know which door to open in the first arrival, it would be much more appreciated! Personal mistake for booking an apartment at distance of 60km, but interesting experience.
