Small apartment, 25 m² with balcony on the 2nd floor attic for non-smokers with private access via the staircase. It has a separate bathroom and a double bed. Bed linen is provided. With small coffee/tea kitchen and fridge. The walk to the S-Bahn train station is approx. 12 minutes. From there, 12 minutes. travel time to Düsseldorf main station. Arrival and departure can be discussed individually. We look forward to seeing nice and friendly guests. The apartment is not suitable for parties.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

A break in the countryside, that would be something! Then our cozy and quiet granny apartment/basement in the garden city of Haan is just right for you. The apartment is 67 square meters and comprises a spacious entrance area, an open kitchen, shower bath, living room with dining area and a bedroom. The apartment also has a separate terrace with a very nice view directly into the forest and into the quiet garden. If you're lucky, even deer will come by.

The newly renovated apartment is located in Hochdahl, near the Hochdahl S-Bahn station. By train you can reach Düsseldorf main station in a short time (about 10-15 minutes) and within 5 minutes by car on the highway. We (Simon & Sophie with our daughter) rent a small apartment in the lower part of our house (single apartment with separate entrance). We have a small dog (Tilly) and a cat (Coco) and have lived in Hochdahl since the beginning of 2022.

We offer an apartment in Düsseldorf Eller. (4th floor - without an elevator). The apartment is lovingly furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. Dining and a variety of shopping are easy and quick to reach. - Good connection to the city and the trade fair (U-Bahn, tram, S-Bahn within walking distance in a few minutes.) Free public parking is available right at your doorstep. Larger public parking lots are a 3-4 minute walk

Bright, comfortable apartment for 1-3 people

The small apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 2-family house. On the first floor of the staircase, three doors lead off. The middle door belongs to the permanently rented locked apartment. The left door leads into the bathroom belonging to the apartment with shower, toilet and bidet and the right into the living/sleeping area, from which you can reach the kitchen with dining area.

Holiday apartment or trade fair room

The quiet apartment has a large living/sleeping room with two beds, a dining table for two and a desk, as well as a kitchen and shower room. It is conveniently located for cars and public transport to Düsseldorf or Cologne and a parking space is available. The existing wallbox can be used if the energy costs incurred are assumed.
