Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. The house is located in a small place on the edge of the Swabian Alps, short distances directly into beautiful nature with many cycling and hiking trails. In winter, cross-country trails are available in good snow conditions. Ski lifts are approximately 15 km away. The famous outlet city of Metzingen with over 500 premium and luxury brands can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property again. I was thrilled the first time – and this time everything was right: The apartment is clean, cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. You felt welcome straight away! The location is perfect – quiet but still close to everything you need. We,two adults and two kids,stayed in Neuffen for four nights. The apartment was very neat and clean. Since we only arrived in the evening, we were particularly pleased that there were already drinks in the fridge and the existing coffee machine was also stocked. It was sometimes a bit inconvenient that the bathroom is a walk-through room. And if you have very small children, you should note that there is a creek at the apartment and the terrace does not offer the possibility to prevent the children from going there. The apartment is located in such a way that we made many nice excursions despite the short stay (Legoland, for example). Communication was very good in advance. We really enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back.

We had a nice family holiday! The apartment is huge and it was enough space for our big family, also we grilled a lot! Thank you for provided gas for grill. One disadvantage: the apartment doesn't have a microwave oven, but we heated our food in a grill while cooked new. Great stay! Thank you!

Thank you for a great, albeit short stay:-) I'm sure we'll be back. The apartment is cozy and furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. Everything you needed was there, even a small welcome drink in the fridge was ready:-) The quiet location of the apartment, with a parking space right outside the door is perfect for excursions and shopping at the outlet Metzingen. The hosts are very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to your next visit!
