Manoj is a great host . He provided early check-in and late checkout due to availability. He was very responsive and there was clear instructions to reach the place. The apartment was squeaky clean. With all the amenities mentioned. There was balcony with a good view of the pond. And walkable distance to padmanabhaswamy temple and also many great restaurant and art stores. Highly recommended!!

We were 6 ppl ( 4 adults , one 19 year old and one 13 yr old ) . THe place was neat and clean, very close to the Thiruparappu falls, which was our primary requirement . The place was clean, neat and had all basic things that was required for us . We enjoyed the silence and the place in general. Falls is literally a 5 minute walk and so is the boat club. The caretaker Mr SUresh was really polite, friendly and very helpful. We are complete vegetarians, hence we had requested to check on some good place to get us veg breakfast , caretaker took pains to get us breakfast , the food was okay not that great, its not the host's fault but you may have to make your own food if you are particular. Other than that, has parking for 2 cars. The place is a good one for a family

I rarely give a 5 star review, but the place was a 5 on 5 for the price you pay. It is clean place. I visited with my family 5 adults and 1 two year old child. The place is kid friendly. The space is small but has a big balcony and felt hygienic. Apart from this its a real breakfast in bed. They provided us with free breakfast and in good quantity. Overall we had a good experience there.
