The accommodation has everything needed for a family stay. The two bedrooms are spacious, and having two fully renovated bathrooms is a real luxury. Considering what most homes in the UK are like on the inside, this place is undoubtedly five-star.

Great stay - huge apartment much bigger than the pictures looked with brilliant fully equipped kitchen, mega comfy sofa, everything you need. Lovely walks from right out the front door.

An excellent location for Kingston and access to the home of Parkrun @ Bushy park. Not been a regularly visitor to London, a wholly different experience to the usual of central London, easy going, home from home.

Sam's place is beyond description! It's very minimalist and aesthetic. I particularly love how much natural light comes through the giant windows in the living room. That 75" smart TV is definitely a bonus too! The kitchen is very well-equipped and the bathrooms are spotlessly clean. The apartment is very close to the town center and everything's pretty much within walking distance. Highly recommended and will come back again next time I'm around!

We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. The place is beautiful and updated. Everything about the place reflects how much Nicholas cares. Balham is a quaint and charming town with easy access to transportation and stores and markets. Communication with Nick was always seamless. We would love to return to this beautiful place and to Balham.🌹

Absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, I was amazed by every detail of this place. It’s more than just a place to stay — it’s a true haven, thoughtfully designed with care and impeccable taste. Cozy, spotlessly clean, full of great energy, and equipped with everything you could possibly need (and then some!). You can truly feel the host’s dedication to creating an unforgettable experience. I felt completely at home — or better yet, in a place I wish was my home. Highly recommend, and already missing it!

The apartment was immaculately clean, stylishly decorated, and spacious - it had everything we needed! Justyna was super responsive and made sure we felt right at home. The location was fantastic - it was an easy to get around from there with many bus routes and I had no problem taking my son to nursery as it was close by. The amenities were also top-notch. Having a really good washing machine was key for me as my kids make a lot of mess. My kids absolutely loved it, and it was a huge relief to have a comfortable and convenient spot for our family. Plus, it was so easy to relax and unwind in the space. And if we needed anything, Justyna was always just a message away - super easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. What really made it special was that my kids were able to unwind and have some much-needed space, especially since we're currently living with relatives and space has been tight. It was the perfect getaway for us, and we're so grateful for the break. I highly recommend.

We were staying here for a family funeral, and Jean Pierre could not have been more accommodating. He organised a late check out for us so we didn't have to rush, and checked in on us via messages throughout the stay. He made a difficult day a little easier, and that kind of hosting is priceless. What a find! We have just spent 3 blissful nights at The Annexe and totally felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation is exactly as depicted and had everything we needed. It is spotlessly clean (and I am hard to please here!), beautifully presented and extremely comfortable. We appreciated the little extras that Laura provided, all of which were well thought out and extremely handy if you happened to forget something essential. The location is fabulous and a very short walk to the lovely streets brimming with restaurants, coffee shops and cute, small retailers. Links to central London are on the doorstep too, with the rail station a very short walk away. An added bonus is the extremely pretty terrace, again well equipped, very private and beautifully lit at night. Laura and Robert were so warm, helpful and it was a privilege to have met them (and their beautiful, friendly, Golden Retriever). We didn’t want to leave and are already planning our return. Thank you both!

We stay at Christos' place for a month while we had some work done on our place. Chraitos couldnt have been more accomodating and flexible for us as deadlines changed with the work at our place. He was our saving grace during this time, even allowing us to have our cat there with us too. Communication was always prompt and extremly helpful. The flat itself was perfect for what we needed, just lovely. Great location..(so many great place to eat and drink), a parking space up the rd which was perfect for me,and fast internet for my husband wfh. Everything was great!

On walking through the cheerful blue door into a very welcoming lounge, then through to the kitchen and dining area, the house is so beautifully presented. The lovely yard is perfect for sitting outside in the sun, and the garden is very well presented. The bedrooms are well appointed with a wardrobe in one and hangers on the wall in the other, and even a tv in each. A very comfortable bed with nice soft linen made for a good sleep. An ensuite in each bedroom is very much appreciated, with complimentary toiletries. The basement has a washer and dryer, making it easy to keep up with the laundry. Dorking is a delightful town, with plenty old style pubs. The two stations are within easy walking distance and have good connections to London. The nearby Denbies winery is worth a visit and makes a nice backdrop to the town. My sister and I had a lovely week here and were sorry to leave. We both highly recommend this house for a short or long stay.

I book multiple Airbnbs every week for our teams on site and this is hands down the best Airbnb we have ever booked. Tia is the most amazing host, going above and beyond to make sure the guys were comfortable and not inconvenienced by a small issue caused by previous guests. The guys said it was the nicest Airbnb they have stayed in and if we are ever in the area again I will definitely be rebooking!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. I was especially touched by the extra care taken to prepare for my son’s stay: a high chair, cot bed, and even some lovely toys were all thoughtfully provided, which made a big difference for us as a family. The garden was a peaceful haven and perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or letting my little one play. The location is ideal for a longer stay, with easy access to nearby attractions for day trips—and even London is not too far away. Every detail in the home showed how much the host cares about the guests’ comfort. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’m so grateful for the warm hospitality and would love to come back again!

Lovely maisonette, very clean and well presented. could have done with some more glasses and mugs. Kitchen was lovely and spacious and bedrooms were comfortable. We stayed 5 weeks and had our 18 month old with us. It was perfect for our stay.

It's the second time we've stayed there and look forward to coming back again soon! Ideal location for us to visit family in the area for a week. Good size flat, comfy and all the amenities we need. Spilios is a great host. Proactive and always responsive. Great stay

I have stayed at Peter’s previously, and will stay again. I just love the peace and quiet being next to Sheen Common and woods. The flat works perfectly.

David’s place was amazing. It had every comfort you could want. David was incredibly helpful and responsive at every stage. The information he provided was extremely detailed. We thoroughly enjoyed and stay and would love to return again soon.

My daughter and friend had a wonderful stay. They loved the beautiful artwork and furniture. It was fun, gorgeous, comfortable in every way. Super location. 5 🌟 and above would highly recommend.

Sonia and Philip’s place is a showcase loft apartment for their successful kitchen design business located in the OpenHaus Kitchens studio below. There are many smart design features. The main room is light filled, private, tasteful and comfortable. Although the busy road noise takes some getting used to, the bedroom is restful. Runners & walkers can head towards Bensonshill Wood. Grocery needs are well met by M&S Food at Pease Pottage Services, good coffee at the Woodgate Hub & pub food at the Black Swan. Delicious wood fired pizzas are served from the Pizzacraft van on Saturdays 5-8pm. We had a very nice stay and highly recommend the Loft.

What can I say? Simply perfect! Incredible place. the pictures are superb but cannot quite do it the justice it deserves. We were fortunate to have such lovely weather and felt so lucky to be able to stand by the balcony overlooking the castle with a coffee watching Windsor go by. The apartment was spotless. Furnished to a very high standard and oh so tastefully done. What a location too. Walk out the front door, turn right and within 30 seconds you can be strolling along the magnificent Long Walk. Turn left and you're immediately in the heart of Windsor amongst the bars, cafes and restaurants. We can't wait to return. Thanks Jonathan for such a wonderful stay. Brilliant host.
