Holiday rentals with breakfast in Epping Forest

Anne deserves being a superhost! Very attentive to any needs during our two day stay. We have not stayed in someone’s home whilst they were also there but Anne gave space and privacy to us and my elderly father . Would have no hesitation staying again and recommend.

Karen and chris are the most lovely hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. Their airbnb made us feel right at home and it was such a peaceful stay. Very clean and welcoming space. We had no problems. We recommend their airbnb!

I enjoyed my stay at Felicity's. Unfortunately our paths did not cross but I did meet her husband, who was very helpful. I also met her delightful cat, Kirby. I had my own bathroom and parking space, a bonus. You could help yourself to tea, coffee and breakfast, is you so wished to do so. The property itself is within easy striking distance of Rickmansworth town centre and its three big supermarkets, Marks and Spencers Food Hall, Waitrose and Tesco. Rickmansworth also has its own theatre, Watersmeet. If you like walking, Rickmansworth Aquadrome and the canal are very close by. From the property there is easy access to the M25, M40, M4, A1 and M1 etc, so is very well connected if you want to travel Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb flat! The location is excellent and it’s just a short walk from Tottenham Stadium. Getting around London was super easy with a quick transfer by underground to the city center, making sightseeing and commuting hassle-free. The room itself was great and spotlessly clean, providing a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The bed was comfy, ensuring a restful night after busy days exploring the city. To top it off, the breakfast was delicious and a perfect way to start each morning. Overall, we highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a great base near Tottenham. We would definitely stay here again!

Darshan first of all is a great person with a very loving family who all made my stay very welcoming. I couldn't have asked for anything else really. A great location which is easily accessible and clean premises. I was made to feel comfortable straight away, super friendly and just an all round top host who will help you in anyway they can. We had an amazing stay at Alex's apartment, both because of the host's personality and the apartment itself. Alex is an amazing person, met us personally and arranged a very flexible check-in and checkout, and was always available for any help. The apartment is absolutely unique and has a lot of charm, filled with curious antiques, while at the same time having a very clean bathroom and comfortable bed, chairs, table, couch - everything invites you to sit and enjoy the time. Very well lit and with an amazing view, every evening was a pleasure. The kitchen is well equipped, and cooking was no problem at all. The location is stunning, with a very lively neighborhood, lots of local shops, stores, and cafés. For sensitive sleepers, the early nights might be a bit loud because of the road close by, and due to a sudden heatwave, it was somewhat too warm, like anywhere on the top floor. Aside from these small things, it was a splendid stay.

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

Staying here was like a happy little fairytale. It was so cozy and communal and made the trip to London the loveliest one I've had yet. The staff was so kind and helpful and the amenities made everything about the trip feel easy and breezy. I love the neighborhood so much and am so happy there's such a wonderful place to stay right in the heart of it.

Lovely flat in a vibrant neighbourhood - everything was exactly as described and I appreciated the comfortable bed and modern bathroom very much. We've stayed her 3-4 times now and it's great. We keep coming back because it's very comfortable. Unlike a lot of places the couch is comfy, as are the chairs and beds. We can cook dinner, pop downstairs to 2-3 different markets, plus several pubs and restaurants, and bring food back. The nearby pedestrian zone even has a Marks and Spence market that's very nice (think Whole Foods). The area is great. Two very convenient trains and several buses. We like to walk and often go through London Fields to Broadway market. Kingsland Road is good for Turkish food, an interesting African market and a Pret a Manger. The host, Zoe, is extremely responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back if we go back to Hackney again.

I was super well received, Heather and Martin were really nice, warm and available. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, cozy and the complimentary breakfast is appreciated. Frankly, an excellent place that I recommend to all those who pass by!

I’m a solo business traveller and Melanie’s place was perfect. Very easy access to central London and the house itself is lovely. Very comfortable room overlooking the garden and extremely clean private bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thanks to Deborah, I came back with unforgettable memories of London. Personally, it was my third visit to London, and I made my bucket list to live in beautiful Hampstead for a day. The most basic cleanliness of the accommodation and the kindness of the host were so perfect that I don't need to say more, and I don't think there is a better place to have a happy experience in London. I was resentful of my lack of English skills, but there was no discomfort at all because Deborah communicated with sincerity. I thought that I would study English harder and have a deep conversation with her on my next visit. I was so impressed that you took care of me so well during my stay and paid a lot of attention to the guests. Benzo and Hudson, the dogs, were beautiful friends who brought peace of mind. Staying here was a great choice. You made me feel at home, and it's a shame that I couldn't stay longer because I only booked for two days. I couldn't see you in person when I checked out, but I'm already looking forward to the next meeting because I'm thinking of visiting again. I was really grateful for everything. I got peace of mind and returned to Korea. Stay healthy and happy. See you again soon. I hope that there was no misunderstanding due to my lack of English, and I ask for your generous understanding if there was any rudeness in my behavior.

Davina was so lovely to meet during our stay! She offered to put out a badminton set and umbrella for us to maximise the summer sun. We got to hear loads about the surrounding area, including brilliant information about the local peacocks! (Which we heard during our stay!)

Mara was very friendly and the room had everything you need for couple of days of London. The breakfast is a great perk, it is simple and good and helps you to get started.

A very pleasant stay at Jane's, my friend and I were made welcome, offered tea/coffee etc. Had some good conversation too. Would happily stay again.

Amazing short stay at Verna’s place whilst away on business. Will definitely stay again in the near future. The room was really restful, great amenities, and off street parking was a bonus. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay with Annie, Andrew and Stanley and would love to come back. The house has been lovingly restored and is beautifully decorated and furnished. We so enjoyed the delicious made to order breakfasts every morning that kept us going until dinner time. Stanley greeted us whenever we came and went and was a welcome surrogate for our own pup at home. The location is perfect - a short walk from the tube station and immediately across the street from beautiful Bishop’s Park. We truly can’t say enough about the Egmont Lodge and the warm welcome we received. Thank you so much Annie and Andrew.

This was my third visit to Laura's place. Great value and close to Twickenham stadium. Laura is always quick to respond and help when needed. Plenty of space for two people and equipped with everything you might need.
